    摘要:

    在秸稈切碎試驗臺上對兩端自由支撐條件下玉米秸稈切斷速度和切斷功耗進(jìn)行了正交試驗，結(jié)果表明：切割方式對切斷速度的影響最大，受切的根數(shù)影響切斷功耗最顯著。針對秸稈,、根茬切碎機的設(shè)計要求和實際切割條件，對受切根數(shù)進(jìn)行了單因素試驗,，分析切斷速度和切斷功耗的變化趨勢,，認(rèn)為在兩端自由支撐條件下保持13．6m/s的切削速度,，完全能切斷雙根玉米秸稈。

    Abstract:

    The orthogonal experiment was conducted on a test bench to test the cutting velocity and power requirement of maize stalks supported at two ends. The outcome showed that the cutting mode had the maximal influence on cutting velocity and the number of stalks to be cut obviously affected the power of chopping. For the requirement of chopper designing and factual condition of cutting, the tests for various pieces of stalks to be cut were conducted. The changing trend of cutting velocity and power were analyzed. The results indicated that two pieces of maize stalk should be chopped at a velocity of 13 6 m/s with supporting at two ends.
