    為研究小麥替代玉米比例對混合物料理化特性、飼料制粒成型特性的影響規(guī)律,通過響應(yīng)面法建立了顆粒飼料制粒成型特性的預(yù)測模型。試驗采用Box-Behnken試驗設(shè)計,以調(diào)質(zhì)溫度(70、80、90℃)、調(diào)質(zhì)時間(45、135、225s) 和替代比例(0、50%、100%)為自變量,以顆粒飼料成型率、噸料電耗、顆粒耐久性指數(shù)為因變量,共進行17組制粒加工試驗,測定混合物料的理化特性指標、飼料制粒成型特性指標,并對自變量參數(shù)進行優(yōu)化。試驗結(jié)果表明:隨著小麥替代玉米比例的增加,混合物料的松裝密度、振實密度、水溶性、蛋白質(zhì)分散指數(shù)和糊化時間顯著增加(P<0.05);休止角、吸水性指數(shù)、峰值黏度、保持黏度和最終黏度顯著下降(P<0.05);顆粒飼料成型率升高,噸料電耗降低,顆粒耐久性指數(shù)先升高后降低。隨著調(diào)質(zhì)溫度升高,顆粒飼料成型率先升高后降低;當替代比例在0和50%時,噸料電耗降低;當替代比例在100%時,噸料電耗先降低后升高,顆粒耐久性指數(shù)升高。隨著調(diào)質(zhì)時間的延長,噸料電耗升高,成型率和顆粒耐久性指數(shù)變化相對較小。方差分析結(jié)果顯示,影響顆粒飼料制粒成型特性因素的主次順序依次為替代比例、調(diào)質(zhì)溫度、調(diào)質(zhì)時間,并根據(jù)響應(yīng)面建立不同替代比例下顆粒飼料制粒成型特性的預(yù)測模型,模型預(yù)測結(jié)果可靠。由此可見,使用小麥替代玉米可顯著提高顆粒飼料質(zhì)量,并降低生產(chǎn)能耗。

    Abstract:

    The Box-Behnken experimental design was used in the experiment, and a total of 17 groups of pelleting experiments were carried out. The results showed that with the increase of replacement ratio of wheat, the bulk density, tap density, water solubility index, protein dispersibility index, pasting time of the mash feed were increased significantly (P<0.05), the angle of repose, water absorption index, peak-viscosity, through-viscosity and final viscosity were decreased significantly (P<0.05), and the pelleting rate was increased, power consumption per ton was decreased and the pellet durability index was increased first and then decreased. With the increase of conditioning temperature, the pelleting rate was firstly increased and then decreased. When the replacement ratio were 0 and 50%, the power consumption per ton was decreased, and when the replacement ratio was 100%, the power consumption per ton was firstly decreased and then increased and the pellet durability index was increased. With the extension of conditioning time, the power consumption per ton was increased, and the changes of pelleting rate and pellet durability index were relatively small. The results of variance analysis showed that the primary and secondary order of factors affecting the pelleting characteristics of pellet feed was replacement ratio, conditioning temperature, and conditioning time. It can be seen that the use of wheat replacing of corn can significantly improve the quality of pellet feed and reduce the power consumption per ton.
