    為實(shí)時監(jiān)測棉花精量鋪膜播種作業(yè)過程,提高棉花精量鋪膜穴播機(jī)智能化水平,以白色光源色標(biāo)傳感器和高清網(wǎng)絡(luò)相機(jī)作為主要監(jiān)測元件,基于Vision Assistant視覺助手,設(shè)計(jì)了棉花精量鋪膜穴播機(jī)作業(yè)質(zhì)量監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)由播種監(jiān)測模塊、鋪膜監(jiān)測模塊及可視化模塊構(gòu)成,其中播種監(jiān)測模塊包括播種狀態(tài)監(jiān)測傳感器、接近開關(guān)傳感器等;鋪膜監(jiān)測模塊主要由高清網(wǎng)絡(luò)相機(jī)構(gòu)成;可視化模塊包括數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊、工控機(jī)等。利用Labview軟件圖形化編程,搭載多功能工控機(jī),通過功能選擇控件運(yùn)行指定功能程序,實(shí)現(xiàn)播種質(zhì)量(播量、漏播量)、鋪膜質(zhì)量(采光面寬度、采光面覆土寬度、采光面破損面積)及作業(yè)工況實(shí)時監(jiān)測。作業(yè)質(zhì)量監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)臺架試驗(yàn)及田間試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:該系統(tǒng)工作穩(wěn)定可靠,播量監(jiān)測準(zhǔn)確率達(dá)92%以上,采光面寬度監(jiān)測準(zhǔn)確率達(dá)94%以上,采光面破損面積監(jiān)測準(zhǔn)確率達(dá)81%以上,采光面覆土寬度監(jiān)測準(zhǔn)確率達(dá)90%,滿足棉花精量鋪膜穴播機(jī)作業(yè)質(zhì)量監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)實(shí)際要求,可為棉花鋪膜播種作業(yè)質(zhì)量評價提供技術(shù)支持。

    Abstract:

    Aiming to monitor the process of cotton precision seeding and laying film operation for real-time, and improve the intelligence level of the cotton precision film-laying hole seeder, employing white light source color code sensors and high-definition network cameras as primary monitoring components, a cotton precision film-laying hole seeder operation quality monitoring system was designed based on Vision Assistant. The system consisted of three modules: the seeding monitoring module, film-laying monitoring module and visualization module. Among them, the seeding monitoring module included a seeding status monitoring sensor, a proximity switch sensor, etc. the film-laying monitoring module was mainly composed of a high-definition network camera; the visualization module includes data acquisition module, industrial control computer, etc. Using Labview software graphical programming, equipped with a multi-functional industrial computer, this system achieved real-time monitoring of seeding quality (seeding amount, missed seeding amount), film-laying quality (lighting surface width, lighting surface soil covering width, lighting surface damage area), and operation conditions by running specific function programs through function selection controls. The results of the quality monitoring system bench and field test results showed that the system worked stably and reliably, the monitoring accuracy rate of seeding amount reached over 92%, the monitoring accuracy rate of lighting surface width reached over 94%, the monitoring accuracy rate of lighting surface damage area reached over 81%, and the monitoring accuracy of lighting surface soil covering width reached over 90%. It met the actual requirements of the cotton precision film-laying hole seeder operation quality monitoring system and provided technical support for quality evaluation film-laying sowing operation. It was of great significance to improve the quality and efficiency of cotton cultivation.
