    摘要:

    標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系構(gòu)建是實(shí)現(xiàn)智慧農(nóng)場標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)性工程。針對當(dāng)前棉花生產(chǎn)智慧農(nóng)場建設(shè)中存在的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系碎片化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化水平偏低、數(shù)據(jù)共享機(jī)制不完善等關(guān)鍵問題,在系統(tǒng)梳理棉花生產(chǎn)智慧農(nóng)場標(biāo)準(zhǔn)現(xiàn)狀及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化需求的基礎(chǔ)上,確立了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系構(gòu)建的核心原則與思路。進(jìn)而融合改進(jìn)切克蘭德方法論與霍爾三維結(jié)構(gòu)模型,構(gòu)建了包含層次維度、環(huán)節(jié)維度和專業(yè)維度的三維架構(gòu)模型,提出了由基礎(chǔ)通用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、方法標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和管理服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)構(gòu)成的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系框架,實(shí)現(xiàn)了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層級(jí)的縱向貫通與業(yè)務(wù)環(huán)節(jié)的橫向覆蓋。為驗(yàn)證體系科學(xué)性,本研究構(gòu)建了包含4個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)和7個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)的模糊層次綜合評價(jià)模型,評價(jià)結(jié)果表明該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系具有良好的適用性,具備顯著的應(yīng)用指導(dǎo)價(jià)值。研究成果可為我國棉花生產(chǎn)智慧農(nóng)場標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系建設(shè)提供理論依據(jù)。

    Abstract:

    The construction of a standard system is a fundamental project for achieving the standardization of smart farms. In response to the key issues existing in the current construction of smart farms for cotton production, such as fragmented standard systems, low levels of standardization, and incomplete data sharing mechanisms, based on a systematic review of the current status and standardization needs of smart farms for cotton production, the core principles and paths for the construction of the standard system were established. Through integrating modified Checkland methodology and Hall’s three-dimensional structure model, a novel three-dimensional architecture encompassing hierarchical, procedural, and professional dimensions was proposed. The developed framework comprised five standardized clusters: fundamental and general standards, data standards, product standards, methodological standards, and management/service standards, achieving vertical integration across standard levels and horizontal coverage of operational processes. To validate system efficacy, a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) comprehensive evaluation model incorporating four primary and seven secondary indicators was established, with evaluation results demonstrating good applicability (grade Ⅱ) and significant implementation value. This research provided theoretical foundations for standard system development in China’s smart cotton production.
