    摘要:

    松嫩平原作為世界三大鹽堿地區(qū)之一,,其特有的蘇打鹽堿土因其粘重特性顯著,,在設(shè)計(jì)和優(yōu)化針對該類型土質(zhì)的作業(yè)機(jī)具時(shí),,必須考慮土壤耕作阻力,。離散元法(Discrete element method, DEM)在預(yù)測土壤耕作阻力時(shí)更加精確快速,,成為耕作機(jī)具設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化的重要工具。本研究構(gòu)建蘇打鹽堿土DEM模型并進(jìn)行參數(shù)標(biāo)定,,選擇Hertz-Mindlin with Bonding V2模型作為DEM仿真模型,。通過文獻(xiàn)查閱獲取土壤與機(jī)具的本征參數(shù),使用傾斜平面試驗(yàn)確定土壤間,、土壤與機(jī)具間的接觸參數(shù),。進(jìn)一步采用錐刺和單軸壓縮試驗(yàn),結(jié)合中心復(fù)合設(shè)計(jì)(Central composite design,,CCD)獲取Bond鍵參數(shù)的最優(yōu)組合,。最后通過田間試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證參數(shù)標(biāo)定的準(zhǔn)確性。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,,錐刺和單軸壓縮試驗(yàn)土壤屈服阻力分別為153.3 N和331.4 N,;在深40 cm土層,開溝鏟作業(yè)阻力為11 907.5 N,;Bond鍵最優(yōu)參數(shù)組合:單位面積法向剛度Kn為3.68×107 N/m3,、單位面積切向剛度Ks為2.97×107 N/m3、法向應(yīng)力σ為197 374 Pa和切向應(yīng)力τ為96 285.5 Pa,。通過對比錐刺試驗(yàn),、單軸壓縮試驗(yàn)及田間試驗(yàn)的阻力預(yù)測值與實(shí)測值,相對誤差分別為-0.95%,、0.78%和-8.61%,,證明了DEM模型的可靠性,展示了該模型準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測蘇打鹽堿土耕作阻力的能力,。

    Abstract:

    As one of the three major saline-alkali regions worldwide, the Songnen Plain is characterized by heavy soda saline-alkali soil. When designing and optimizing agricultural implements for this unique soil type, it is essential to consider soil tillage resistance. The discrete element method (DEM) has become a crucial tool for optimizing tillage machinery due to its precision and efficiency in predicting soil tillage resistance. A DEM model specific to soda saline-alkali soil and performs parameter calibration was established, laying the foundation for the development of equipment for the improvement and utilization of saline-alkali soil. The Hertz-Mindlin with Bonding V2 model was selected as the DEM simulation framework. Intrinsic parameters for soil and implements were derived from the literature, while an inclined plane test was used to determine contact parameters between soil particles and between soil and implements. Further, the optimal Bond parameters were identified through cone penetration and uniaxial compression tests, combined with central composite design (CCD). Finally, field tests validated the accuracy of the calibrated parameters. Results showed that the yield resistance of soil in cone penetration and uniaxial compression tests was 153.3 N and 331.4 N, respectively, while tillage resistance of the furrow opener at depth of 40 cm was 11 907.5 N. The optimal Bond parameter combination was determined to be normal stiffness per unit area Kn=3.68×107 N/m3, tangential stiffness per unit area Ks=2.97×107 N/m3, normal stress σ=197 374 Pa, and tangential stress τ=96 285.5 Pa. By comparing the predicted and actual resistance values from cone penetration tests, uniaxial compression tests, and field tests, discrepancies of -0.95%, 0.78% and -8.61% were observed, respectively. The reliability of the DEM model was confirmed, demonstrating its proficiency in accurately predicting the tillage resistance of sodic saline-alkali soils.
