    摘要:

    針對現(xiàn)有撿石機(jī)存在撿凈率低、工作阻力大等問題,,設(shè)計了一種基于阿基米德曲線的螺旋撥齒式撿石機(jī),。通過對挖掘齒在挑石及拋石作業(yè)過程進(jìn)行運(yùn)動學(xué)分析,確定了主要零部件的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)與工作參數(shù),。為了驗證撿石機(jī)工作的可靠性與作業(yè)效果,,以挖掘齒刀刃起始滑切角、機(jī)具前進(jìn)速度,、刀軸轉(zhuǎn)速為試驗因素,,石塊撿凈率、作業(yè)扭矩為評價指標(biāo),,選擇Box-Behnken試驗設(shè)計方法進(jìn)行三因素三水平正交試驗,,通過Design-Expert軟件對試驗結(jié)果進(jìn)行方差分析和響應(yīng)面分析,明晰了試驗因素及交互作用對撿石機(jī)作業(yè)性能的影響規(guī)律,,對構(gòu)建的線性回歸模型進(jìn)行多目標(biāo)求解優(yōu)化,,結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)挖掘齒刀刃起始滑切角為14.73°、機(jī)具前進(jìn)速度為0.34 m/s,、刀軸轉(zhuǎn)速為171.89 r/min時撿石效果最佳,。以優(yōu)化后的參數(shù)進(jìn)行田間驗證試驗,結(jié)果表明,,平均石塊撿凈率為90.04%,,滿足農(nóng)田撿石作業(yè)要求。

    Abstract:

    To enhance the efficiency and reduce the working resistance of stone picking operations, a novel Archimedes spiral-shaped rake stone picker was designed and evaluated, aiming to address the limitations of conventional stone pickers. A kinematic analysis of the digging teeth during stone picking and throwing operations was conducted to determine the optimal structural and operational parameters for key components, thereby ensuring efficient stone removal and minimizing energy consumption, which are crucial factors for optimizing the stone picker’s overall performance. To validate the reliability and performance of the stone picker, a three-factor, three-level response surface experiment based on Box-Behnken design was employed to identify the optimal operating parameters that maximize stone picking efficiency and minimize operating torque. The digging teeth blade initial sliding angle, machine forward speed, and shaft rotation speed were selected as experimental factors, while stone cleaning efficiency and operating torque served as evaluation indicators. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) and response surface analysis were performed by using Design-Expert software to assess the influence of experimental factors and their interactions on the stone picker’s performance. Multi-objective optimization of the established linear regression model revealed that the optimal stone picking efficiency was achieved with a digging teeth blade initial sliding angle of 14.73°, a machine forward speed of 0.34 m/s, and a shaft rotation speed of 171.89 r/min. Field validation tests conducted with the optimized parameters demonstrated an average stone cleaning efficiency of 90.04%, meeting the requirements for efficient stone picking in agricultural fields.
