    針對現(xiàn)有大蒜精量排種裝置漏播率高,、取種單粒率低等問題,,設(shè)計(jì)了一種鏈勺式大蒜精量排種器,闡述了排種器結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理,,對其關(guān)鍵部件進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),,分析了排種器工作過程,確定了影響其作業(yè)性能的關(guān)鍵因素,建立了排種器DEM-MBD耦合仿真模型并進(jìn)行了單因素仿真試驗(yàn),,探究了排種器不同工作參數(shù)對作業(yè)性能的影響,,以主動(dòng)鏈輪轉(zhuǎn)速、種層高度和充種區(qū)排種鏈條傾角為試驗(yàn)因素,,以取種單粒率,、漏充率和重充率為試驗(yàn)指標(biāo),進(jìn)行了二次回歸正交旋轉(zhuǎn)組合仿真試驗(yàn),,建立了各試驗(yàn)指標(biāo)與試驗(yàn)因素的回歸模型,,并確定了排種器最優(yōu)作業(yè)參數(shù)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,,當(dāng)主動(dòng)鏈輪轉(zhuǎn)速為23.1r/min,、排種鏈條傾角為67.6°、種層高度為301.5mm時(shí),,工作性能最佳,,此時(shí)取種單粒率為92.5%,漏充率為2.5%,,重充率為5.0%,。為了驗(yàn)證優(yōu)化后排種器作業(yè)性能,進(jìn)行了臺(tái)架試驗(yàn),,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果與回歸模型預(yù)測結(jié)果基本一致,,該研究為鏈勺式大蒜精量排種器及其關(guān)鍵部件優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提供了參考。

    Abstract:

    A new type of chain-spoon type garlic precision seed-metering device was designed to solve the problem of the high missing rate of the previous devices. The overall structure and working principle of the seed-metering device were explained and analyzed, the design of its key components was optimized, the working process of the seed-metering device was analyzed, and the key factors affecting its operational performance were identified. A single-factor simulation test based on EDEM-RecurDyn coupled simulation was conducted to investigate the effects of active sprocket rotational speed, seeding chain inclination in the seed-filling zone, and seed layer’s height on the seeding performance. Besides, a quadratic regression orthogonal rotational combination simulation test was carried out with the active sprocket rotational speed, seed layer’s height, and seeding chain inclination angle as test factors and the single seed picking rate, missing rate, and replay rate as test indicators. A regression model of the evaluation indicators and test factors was established, and the parameters of the test factors were optimized. The test results showed that the best performance was achieved when the active sprocket rotational speed was 23.1r/min, the seeding chain inclination angle was 67.6°, and the seed layer’s height was 301.5 mm. At this time, the rate of single seed-picking was 92.5%, the missing rate was 2.5%, and the replay rate was 5.0%. Bench tests were carried out to verify the seed-metering device’s operational performance, and the results generally agreed with those predicted by the regression model. This study provides a reference for the optimized design of chain-spoon type garlic precision seed-metering device and its key components.
