    摘要:

    針對(duì)白星花金龜幼蟲轉(zhuǎn)化殘膜混合物后滿足生物活性前提下多種形體差異顯著混合物的分離問題,,設(shè)計(jì)了一種分段滾筒式氣力協(xié)助白星花金龜幼蟲轉(zhuǎn)化殘膜混合物分離裝置。通過物理試驗(yàn)與理論計(jì)算確定了白星花金龜幼蟲,、蟲砂,、殘膜阻力系數(shù)分區(qū)與理論懸浮速度,利用懸浮速度臺(tái)架試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了其準(zhǔn)確性,,可為后續(xù)氣固耦合仿真提供數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ),。通過理論分析與EDEM-Fluent耦合方法模擬殘膜、幼蟲及蟲砂篩分過程,,確定了本裝置的主要結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)與工作參數(shù),。選擇滾筒篩轉(zhuǎn)速、滾筒篩傾角及風(fēng)扇風(fēng)速為試驗(yàn)因素,,殘膜含雜率與蟲砂含膜率為試驗(yàn)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了單因素試驗(yàn)以確定各因素水平合理范圍,,根據(jù)單因素試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,設(shè)計(jì)了三因素三水平二次回歸響應(yīng)面試驗(yàn)并建立回歸模型,。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:影響殘膜含雜率的因素由大到小依次為風(fēng)扇風(fēng)速,、滾筒篩傾角、滾筒篩轉(zhuǎn)速,;影響蟲砂含膜率的因素由大到小依次為滾筒篩轉(zhuǎn)速,、滾筒篩傾角、風(fēng)扇風(fēng)速,。優(yōu)化后最優(yōu)工作參數(shù)組合為滾筒篩轉(zhuǎn)速21.79r/min、滾筒篩傾角3.58°,、風(fēng)扇風(fēng)速5.52m/s,。以此參數(shù)組合進(jìn)行物料篩分試驗(yàn),得到殘膜含雜率與蟲砂含膜率平均值分別為8.96%,、1.52%,,與理論優(yōu)化值相對(duì)誤差均小于5%。該研究可為含生物活性且形體差異顯著的混合物分離裝置設(shè)計(jì)提供參考,。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of mixture separation with significant differences in various shapes after the Potosia brevitarsis larva biotransformation the residual film mixture to meet the premise of biological activity, a segmented drum type pneumatically assisted Potosia brevitarsis larva biotransformation mixture separation device was designed. Through physical experiments and theoretical calculations, the resistance coefficient partitions and theoretical suspension speeds of Potosia brevitarsis larva, frass, and residual films were determined. Its accuracy was verified by using a suspension speed bench test, which can provide data basis for subsequent fluid-structure interaction simulations. Through theoretical analysis and EDEM-Fluent coupling method, the screening process of residual film, larvae and frass was simulated, and the main structural parameters and working parameters of the device were determined. The rotation speed of the drum screen, the inclination angle of the drum screen and the fan wind speed were selected as test factors. The residual film impurity content rate and the frass film content rate were tested as test indicators. A single factor test was conducted to determine the reasonable range of the levels of each factor. Based on the results of the single factor test, a three-factor and three-level quadratic regression response surface test was designed and a regression model was established. The test results showed that the order of factors affecting the impurity content of the residual film was fan speed, drum screen inclination angle, and drum screen speed. The order of factors affecting the film content of frass was drum screen rotation speed, drum screen inclination angle, and fan wind speed. After optimization, the optimal working parameter combination was drum screen rotation speed of 21.79r/min, drum screen inclination angle of 3.58°, and fan wind speed of 5.52m/s. The material screening test was carried out with this parameter combination, and the average impurity content rate of the residual film and the film content rate of the frass were 8.96% and 1.52%, respectively. The relative errors with the theoretical optimization values were less than 5%. The research can provide a reference for the design of separation devices for mixtures containing biological activity and significant differences in shape.
