    摘要:

    農(nóng)業(yè)履帶底盤具有接地比壓小,、爬坡越障性能好,、轉(zhuǎn)彎?rùn)C(jī)動(dòng)靈活等優(yōu)點(diǎn),已經(jīng)廣泛應(yīng)用于耕,、種,、管、收、運(yùn)等農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),,并逐步向自動(dòng)化,、智能化的方向發(fā)展。本文從農(nóng)業(yè)履帶底盤應(yīng)用情況,、穩(wěn)定性理論及控制技術(shù),、驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)與轉(zhuǎn)向技術(shù)、自主導(dǎo)航與智能控制技術(shù)以及農(nóng)業(yè)履帶底盤-土壤互作理論等方面闡述國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究成果,,著重歸納總結(jié)穩(wěn)定調(diào)平,、高效傳動(dòng)、平穩(wěn)轉(zhuǎn)向,、自主駕駛等技術(shù)在農(nóng)業(yè)履帶底盤上應(yīng)用的進(jìn)展,,并結(jié)合不同作業(yè)環(huán)節(jié)闡明了農(nóng)業(yè)履帶底盤在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用的特點(diǎn),最后根據(jù)我國(guó)當(dāng)前以及未來(lái)農(nóng)業(yè)履帶底盤的需求,,從加強(qiáng)高穩(wěn)定性行走系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化,、高效傳動(dòng)與靈便轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)制、自主駕駛與智能化管控技術(shù),、履-土系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)理論研究等方面對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)履帶底盤的未來(lái)發(fā)展方向進(jìn)行了展望,。

    Abstract:

    In view of its advantages such as small ground pressure, good climbing performance and flexible turning, agricultural track chassis is currently a mobile agricultural power machinery widely recognized by farmers, which has been widely used in various aspects of agricultural production such as farming, planting, field management, harvesting, transportation, and gradually developing in the direction of automation and intelligence. The development status at home and abroad was mainly expounded from the application of agricultural track chassis, stability theory and control technology, drive system and steering technology, autonomous navigation and intelligent control technology, and agricultural track chassis-soil interaction theory. The application progress of stable leveling, efficient transmission, smooth steering and autonomous driving in agricultural track chassis was summarized. Combined with different agricultural operations, the application characteristics of agricultural track chassis in related fields were illustrated. At last, according to the current and future needs of agricultural track chassis in China, the future development direction of agricultural track chassis was prospected from the aspects of strengthening the optimization of high-stability walking system, creating efficient transmission and flexible steering system, overcoming the technology of autonomous driving and intelligent control, and researching the basic theory of track-soil system. The research result can provide a good reference for the future technical research of agricultural track chassis.
