    摘要:

    針對(duì)熱泵式低溫循環(huán)糧食烘干機(jī)監(jiān)控手段落后、信息化程度低等問(wèn)題,,設(shè)計(jì)了基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的熱泵式低溫循環(huán)烘干機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),。系統(tǒng)采用感知層、傳輸層和應(yīng)用層相結(jié)合的體系架構(gòu),,以可編程控制器(Programmable logic controller,,PLC)和HMI觸摸屏為核心,設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)控制系統(tǒng),,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)烘干機(jī)和熱泵的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè),、圖形化顯示、安全保護(hù)和自動(dòng)化控制,;采用Linux的CentOS系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)服務(wù)端系統(tǒng)框架,,通過(guò)EG8000mini模塊將采集的數(shù)據(jù)接入AP基站并存儲(chǔ)至數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),使用戶可以通過(guò)計(jì)算機(jī)端或手機(jī)APP對(duì)熱泵式低溫循環(huán)糧食烘干機(jī)進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控,。試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證結(jié)果顯示,,系統(tǒng)通信成功率高于98%,,對(duì)環(huán)境溫度、熱風(fēng)溫度,、熱風(fēng)相對(duì)濕度及熱風(fēng)風(fēng)速實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè)平均絕對(duì)誤差分別為0.3℃,、0.26℃、1.2%和0.47 m/s,,可滿足熱泵式低溫循環(huán)烘干機(jī)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控需求,。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems of backward monitoring means and low information level of heat pump low-temperature circulating food dryer, a monitor and control system of heat pump low-temperature circulating food dryer based on the Internet of things was designed and developed. The architecture design of the system used perception layer, transmission layer and application layer, and the system took programmable logic controller (PLC) and HMI touch screen as the core to design and develop a control system to realize real-time monitoring, graphical display, safety protection and automatic control of dryers and heat pumps. The server system framework was developed by Linux CentOS system. The data connected by EG8000mini module was sent to AP base station and stored in database. Users can remotely monitor and control the heat pump low temperature circulating food dryer through computer or mobile APP. The experimental results showed that the communication success rate of the system was higher than 98%, and the average absolute error of real-time detection of ambient temperature, hot air temperature, hot air humidity and hot air wind speed was 0.3℃, 0.26℃, 1.2% and 0.47 m/s, respectively, which can meet the remote monitor and control requirements of heat pump type low temperature circulation dryer.
