    摘要:

    針對玉米免耕播種機(jī)研發(fā)周期長和研發(fā)成本高等問題,,本文將元宇宙技術(shù)應(yīng)用于玉米免耕播種機(jī)作業(yè)機(jī)組的仿真試驗(yàn),。基于元宇宙系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)構(gòu)建仿真平臺,,在元宇宙環(huán)境下,,采用標(biāo)線法和轉(zhuǎn)換法對虛擬農(nóng)場中場景進(jìn)行高度還原,構(gòu)建沉浸式玉米免耕播種機(jī)駕駛平臺并進(jìn)行交互性能測試,,驗(yàn)證沉浸式玉米免耕播種機(jī)駕駛平臺交互性能,。在此基礎(chǔ)上,在不同行駛速度下進(jìn)行播種性能仿真試驗(yàn),,當(dāng)玉米免耕播種作業(yè)機(jī)組前進(jìn)速度不斷增大時(shí),,播種質(zhì)量整體呈下降趨勢,趨勢接近實(shí)際田間試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,,株距合格率大于88.52%,、重播率小于6.97%、漏播率小于4.51%,。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,,本文設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)的元宇宙虛擬播種仿真平臺能夠用于玉米播種試驗(yàn),對降低玉米免耕播種機(jī)研發(fā)成本,、縮短玉米免耕播種機(jī)研發(fā)周期具有重要意義,。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems of long R&D cycle and high R&D cost of no-tillage planter for maize, it was proposed to apply the meta-universe technology to the simulation of corn no-tillage planter operating unit. Based on the architecture of the meta-universe system, the simulation platform was constructed, and the scenes in the virtual farm were highly restored under the meta-universe environment by using the marking line method and the transformation method, and an immersive corn no-tillage planter driving platform was constructed and tested for the interactivity, to verify that the immersive corn no-tillage planter driving platform had better interactivity. The interactive performance of the immersive corn no-till planter driving platform was verified to be better. On this, seeding performance simulation tests were carried out at different driving speeds, and the overall seeding quality showed a decreasing trend when the forward speed of the corn no-tillage planter unit was increasing, and the overall trend was close to the actual field test results, and the spacing pass rate was greater than 88.52%, the reseeding rate was less than 6.97%, the omission rate was less than 4.51%. The test results showed that the virtual seeding simulation platform designed and implemented can be used for corn seeding experimental research, which was of great significance to reduce the research and development cost of no-tillage seeding machine and shorten the research and development cycle of no-tillage seeding machine for corn.
