    摘要:

    車(chē)間排產(chǎn)對(duì)提高車(chē)間的效率至關(guān)重要,,智能排產(chǎn)可以極大提高加工的自動(dòng)化和智能化水平。但傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中大多采用固定的工時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)線(xiàn)作業(yè)時(shí)間估算,,而拖拉機(jī)混流裝配以工人作業(yè)為主,,工人作業(yè)時(shí)間不固定甚至存在較大差異,。為滿(mǎn)足智能排產(chǎn)要求,,提出通過(guò)數(shù)字孿生車(chē)間對(duì)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃進(jìn)行仿真評(píng)價(jià)以增強(qiáng)與實(shí)際車(chē)間的交互與反饋。搭建與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)拖拉機(jī)裝配線(xiàn)一致的數(shù)字孿生三維模型場(chǎng)景及人機(jī)交互界面,,根據(jù)MES系統(tǒng)中的過(guò)點(diǎn)信息實(shí)現(xiàn)裝配線(xiàn)模型實(shí)時(shí)驅(qū)動(dòng),,建立了一個(gè)拓展性強(qiáng)、可靈活復(fù)用的數(shù)字孿生系統(tǒng),。分析了生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),,提出通過(guò)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃管理系統(tǒng)與孿生裝配線(xiàn)的交互反饋,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)基于數(shù)字孿生裝配線(xiàn)的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃仿真運(yùn)行及評(píng)價(jià),。通過(guò)數(shù)字孿生裝配線(xiàn)采集到的實(shí)際工時(shí)仿真運(yùn)行生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃,,可以得到優(yōu)化后的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃。將低產(chǎn),、正常和高產(chǎn)月份各5d內(nèi)的實(shí)際生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與本系統(tǒng)生成的計(jì)劃進(jìn)行對(duì)比,,結(jié)果表明本系統(tǒng)仿真評(píng)價(jià)后得到的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃更優(yōu)越。

    Abstract:

    Workshop scheduling is very important to improve the efficiency of the workshop. Intelligent scheduling can greatly improve the level of automation and intelligence of processing. However, in the traditional production process, most of the fixed man-hour data were used to estimate the operation time of the production line, while the mixed flow assembly of tractors was dominated by workers, and the operation time of workers was not fixed or even quite different. In order to meet the requirements of intelligent scheduling, it was proposed to simulate and evaluate the production plan through the digital twin workshop to enhance the interaction and feedback with the actual workshop. A digital twin 3D model scene and human-computer interaction interface consistent with the on-site tractor assembly line were built. According to the passing point information in the MES system, the real-time drive of the assembly line model was realized, and a digital twin system with strong expansibility and flexible reusability was established. The evaluation index of production plan was analyzed, and the interactive feedback between production plan management system and twin assembly line was proposed to realize the simulation operation and evaluation of production plan based on digital twin assembly line. Through the actual working hours collected by the digital twin assembly line, the production plan can be simulated and the optimized production plan can be obtained. The actual production plans of low-yield months, normal months and high-yield months within 5 days each were compared with the plans generated by the system. The results showed that the production plan obtained after the simulation evaluation of the system was superior.
