    悶黃是黃茶加工中的特有工藝,,目前黃茶加工中缺乏專用的連續(xù)化、自動化悶黃加工裝備,。為此,,本文設(shè)計一種用于黃茶悶黃的專用裝備。根據(jù)連續(xù)化加工需求,,設(shè)計了悶黃裝備的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu),,核算了裝備所需的加熱功率和蒸汽流量,并完成了相關(guān)部件的選型和樣機(jī)構(gòu)建,,提出了一種基于區(qū)間二型模糊理論的溫濕度控制算法,。溫濕度控制系統(tǒng)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在不同試驗(yàn)條件下,,區(qū)間二型模糊控制算法能夠精準(zhǔn)控制溫濕度參數(shù),,對比一型模糊控制算法,對擾動的抑制能力更強(qiáng),,控制誤差更小,。生產(chǎn)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,溫度和相對濕度的均方根誤差最大值分別為0.4391℃和1.2262%,,產(chǎn)品的感官評審結(jié)果表明,,采用該裝備加工的產(chǎn)品符合皖西黃茶的品質(zhì)要求,。

    Abstract:

    Yellowing is a distinctive process in yellow tea production. Currently, there is a lack of special continuous and automatic equipment for yellowing in the yellow tea processing industry. To address these issues, a dedicated equipment designed specifically for the yellowing process of yellow tea was presented. Considering the requirements for continuous processing, the mechanical structure of the equipment for yellowing was meticulously designed. Furthermore, the required heating power and steam flow rate of the equipment were calculated, and the relevant components were carefully selected and integrated into the construction of a functional prototype. An innovative temperature and humidity control method based on interval type-2 fuzzy theory was proposed to overcome the challenges in temperature and humidity control. The test results of the temperature and humidity control system showed that the interval type-2 fuzzy control algorithm accurately controlled temperature and humidity parameters, with stronger disturbance suppression capability and smaller control error compared with the type-1 fuzzy control algorithm. Production test results demonstrated that the equipment achieved maximum root mean square error of 0.4391℃ for temperature and 1.2262% for humidity. Sensory evaluation confirmed that the products processed by this equipment met the quality requirements of western Anhui yellow tea.
