    摘要:

    針對(duì)現(xiàn)有的小型馬鈴薯收獲機(jī)篩面土塊破碎效果不佳而影響分離效率和收獲品質(zhì)等問題,,結(jié)合北方馬鈴薯主產(chǎn)區(qū)收獲模式和常用桿條式分離裝置,,設(shè)計(jì)了一款馬鈴薯收獲機(jī)擾動(dòng)分離裝置。在闡述總體結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理基礎(chǔ)上,,結(jié)合馬鈴薯的碰撞特性和土塊的破碎過程分析,,得到影響薯塊損傷和土塊破碎的主要因素為擾動(dòng)深度、偏心輪轉(zhuǎn)速和偏心距,;通過EDEM-RecurDyn耦合構(gòu)建仿真模型,,單因素試驗(yàn)得到擾動(dòng)桿數(shù)量最優(yōu)為4,以擾動(dòng)深度,、偏心輪轉(zhuǎn)速和偏心距為試驗(yàn)因素,,以馬鈴薯碰撞力和土塊破碎率為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),運(yùn)用Box-Behnken中心組合設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行仿真試驗(yàn),,對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行方差分析,,利用響應(yīng)面分析了各交互因素對(duì)試驗(yàn)指標(biāo)的影響規(guī)律,結(jié)合實(shí)際工況確定影響因素最佳取值,。驗(yàn)證試驗(yàn)表明:當(dāng)收獲機(jī)分離篩運(yùn)行速度為0.7m/s,、擾動(dòng)深度為51.5mm、偏心輪轉(zhuǎn)速通過調(diào)速器設(shè)為2.3r/s,、偏心距為31mm時(shí),,土塊破碎率為60.7%,,電子馬鈴薯采集的碰撞加速度峰值平均值為790.66m/s2,小于馬鈴薯臨界損傷閾值,。

    Abstract:

    Combined with the harvesting mode and frequently-used rod-type separation devices in the main potato production areas of northern China, a disturbance separation device for potato harvester was designed to solve the problems of the poor soil fragmentation efficiency and harvest quality which existed in small-scale potato harvesters. On the basis of explaining the overall structure and working principle, combined with the analysis of the collision characteristics of potatoes and the fragmentating process of soil, the main factors which affected the the damage of potatoes and soil fragmentating were obtained. A simulation model was built through EDEM-RecurDyn coupling. The optimal number of disturbance rods obtained from single factor experiments was 4. The experimental factors were disturbance depth, eccentric wheel rotary speed, and eccentricity, and the collision force of potatoes and soil fragmentation rate were used as evaluation indicators. The method of Box-Behnken central combination design was used to conduct simulation experiments and work at the variance analysis on the experimental results. The response surface methodology was used to analyze the influence of various interaction factors on the experimental indicators. The optimum value of the influencing factors was determined based on actual operating conditions. The experiment showed that when the operating speed of the separating sieve of the harvester was 0.7m/s, the disturbance depth was 51.5mm, the rotary speed of the eccentric wheel was 2.3r/s set by the governor and the eccentricity was 31mm, the fragmentation rate of soil was 60.7%, and the average of the peak impact acceleration values collected by the impact recording device was 790.66m/s2. Both were below the critical damage threshold of potatoes.
