    摘要:

    針對(duì)高地隙自走式噴霧機(jī)在復(fù)雜工況下,,藥罐液體發(fā)生的縱向晃動(dòng)對(duì)整機(jī)平順性及作業(yè)質(zhì)量影響難以探明的問(wèn)題,基于液體晃動(dòng)動(dòng)力學(xué)特性及機(jī)械模型等效準(zhǔn)則,建立了可描述藥罐液體縱向晃動(dòng)的彈簧-質(zhì)量-阻尼等效力學(xué)模型,,并利用力學(xué)等價(jià)原則,,對(duì)模型參數(shù)進(jìn)行了求解。應(yīng)用Fluent流體仿真軟件建立罐內(nèi)液體晃動(dòng)仿真模型,,并通過(guò)臺(tái)架實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了其仿真結(jié)果能夠反映真實(shí)的液體晃動(dòng)沖擊作用,。應(yīng)用Matlab/Simulink軟件,建立等效力學(xué)數(shù)值解析模型,,結(jié)合Fluent仿真結(jié)果對(duì)比分析了充液比為0.1,、0.5、0.9時(shí)液體縱向晃動(dòng)作用在容器壁的力矩變化規(guī)律,,驗(yàn)證了所建等效模型的準(zhǔn)確性,。將所構(gòu)建的等效力學(xué)模型應(yīng)用于噴霧機(jī)垂向動(dòng)力學(xué)特性分析,得到藥液晃動(dòng)和藥液質(zhì)量變化對(duì)整機(jī)行駛平順性有較大影響且充液比為0.8時(shí)整機(jī)行駛平順性較差的結(jié)論,。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem that the influence of the vertical sloshing of the liquid in the medicine tank on the smoothness and operation quality of the whole machine is difficult to detect under the complex working conditions of the self-propelled sprayer with high ground clearance, based on the dynamic characteristics of the liquid sloshing and the equivalent criterion of the mechanical model, a spring-mass-damping equivalent mechanical model can describe the longitudinal sloshing of the liquid in the medicine tank, and the model parameters were solved by using the principle of mechanical equivalence. Fluent fluid simulation software was used to establish the liquid sloshing simulation model in the tank, and the simulation results were verified by bench experiments to reflect the real liquid sloshing impact. Using Matlab/Simulink software, a numerical analytical model of equivalent mechanics was established. Combined with the simulation results of Fluent, the changing law of the moment of liquid longitudinal sloshing acting on the container wall was compared and analyzed when the liquid filling ratio was 0.1, 0.5, and 0.9, and the established equivalent model was verified. The constructed equivalent mechanics model was applied to the analysis of the vertical dynamic characteristics of the sprayer, and it was concluded that the sloshing of the liquid medicine and the change of the quality of the liquid medicine had a great influence on the driving smoothness of the whole machine, and the driving smoothness of the whole machine was poor when the filling ratio was 0.8. The research results can provide an implementation approach for further research on the optimization of the chassis structure and the analysis of smoothness and stability under different operating conditions and time-varying liquid quality of the sprayer.
