    生物質(zhì)爐具是通過生物質(zhì)燃燒提供熱量的環(huán)保型爐具,,具有高效,、環(huán)保,、熱效率高,、煙塵排放低等優(yōu)點,,被廣泛應(yīng)用于民用熱水,、建筑采暖和工業(yè)熱力等領(lǐng)域中,,在我國有著悠久的歷史和廣泛的基礎(chǔ),。然而,市面上現(xiàn)存的生物質(zhì)爐具由于技術(shù)限制,,在燃燒過程中難以保證生物質(zhì)燃料充分燃燒,,存在鍋爐熱效率低及污染環(huán)境問題;故本文設(shè)計了一種基于變壓射流燃燒技術(shù)的生物質(zhì)成型燃燒爐具,,即在燃燒過程中,,2個進(jìn)氣機(jī)構(gòu)所形成的一次風(fēng)和二次風(fēng)在爐體中以自旋、整體旋或者二者疊加的方式存在,,通過改變兩次風(fēng)的風(fēng)量比例,、進(jìn)氣位置、充氣角度,,在爐具內(nèi)形成不同的風(fēng)壓射流,,以強(qiáng)化熱質(zhì)傳遞,確保燃盡效果,,在燃燒過程中有效控制氮氧化物的生成與排放,。燃料燃燒試驗結(jié)果表明:玉米秸稈燃燒熱效率為85.97%,底灰結(jié)渣率為3.42%,,生物質(zhì)顆粒燃燒較充分,;SO2排放量為18.34mg/m3,NOx排放量為91.45mg/m3,,CO體積分?jǐn)?shù)為0.092%,,污染物排放量符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn);鍋爐具有較好的穩(wěn)定性,,滿足設(shè)計要求,。

    Abstract:

    Biomass stoves are environmentally friendly stoves that provide heat through biomass combustion, which have a long history and extensive foundation in China. It has the advantages of high efficiency, environmental protection, high thermal efficiency, low smoke and dust emission, etc. It is widely used in domestic hot water, building heating and industrial heating and other fields. In the combustion process, however, due to technical limitations, it is difficult to ensure the full combustion of biomass fuels, and problems such as low boiler thermal efficiency and environmental pollution have become constraints on the development of biomass stoves in China. To solve this problem, a biomass molding combustion stove was proposed based on variable pressure jet combustion technology. During the combustion process, the primary air and secondary air formed by the two air intake mechanisms of the stove were in the furnace body in the form of spin, integral rotation or superposition of the two, changing the air volume ratio and air intake position of the secondary air and the inflation angle. As a result, different air pressure jets were formed in the stove to strengthen the heat and mass transfer, ensure the burnout effect, and effectively control the generation and emission of nitrogen oxides during the combustion process. The fuel combustion test results showed that the combustion thermal efficiency of corn stover was 85.97%, the bottom ash slagging rate was 3.42%, and the biomass particles were fully burned;the SO2 emission was 18.34mg/m3, the NOx emission measurement was 91.45mg/m3, and the CO volume fraction was 0.092%. The pollutant discharge met the national standard. The boiler had good stability and met the design requirements. 
