    摘要:

    針對(duì)基于離散元法的玉米粉碎過程仿真研究中缺乏準(zhǔn)確模型的問題,本文以玉米籽粒為研究對(duì)象,,設(shè)計(jì)搭建了顆粒物料沖擊破碎試驗(yàn)裝置,,運(yùn)用切片法構(gòu)建了適用于Ab-T10破碎模型的玉米籽粒凸面體模型,開展了玉米籽粒的Ab-T10破碎模型參數(shù)標(biāo)定和玉米籽粒的沖擊破碎特性研究,。以破碎概率和t10為沖擊破碎特性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),,開展了5種不同含水率玉米籽粒的沖擊破碎試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,,玉米籽粒的破碎概率和t10隨著沖擊比能增加而增加,,隨著玉米籽粒含水率的增加而減小,臨界破碎速度隨著玉米籽粒含水率的增加而增加,;以Ab-T10破碎模型中破碎概率和t10的理論公式對(duì)玉米籽粒沖擊破碎試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了擬合(R2adj高于0.86),,確定理論公式中參數(shù)值,實(shí)現(xiàn)了玉米籽粒Ab-T10破碎模型的參數(shù)標(biāo)定,。以構(gòu)建的籽粒模型和標(biāo)定的Ab-T10破碎模型參數(shù)進(jìn)行粉碎仿真試驗(yàn),,結(jié)果表明,不同含水率玉米籽粒的粒徑累計(jì)分布規(guī)律的實(shí)測(cè)值與仿真值具有較好的一致性,,粉碎后顆粒平均粒徑的實(shí)測(cè)值與仿真值相對(duì)誤差低于6.54%,,說明構(gòu)建的玉米籽粒模型和標(biāo)定的Ab-T10破碎模型參數(shù)可以表征玉米籽粒沖擊粉碎過程。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of lacking the accurate model in the simulation of maize kernel grinding process based on discrete element method (DEM). To calibrate the Ab-T10 breakage model parameters and investigate the breakage characteristics of maize kernel, the particle impact experiment device for granular materials was designed and established, and a maize kernel model with convex polyhedral suitable for Ab-T10 breakage model was constructed by using the section method. Taking the breakage probability and t10 as the evaluation indexes of impact breakage characteristics, the impact experiments maize kernels with five different moisture contents were completed. The results showed that the breaking probability and t10 of maize kernels were increased with the increase of specific impact energy and decreased with the increase of moisture content of maize kernel, and the critical impact velocity was increased with the increase of moisture content of maize kernel. Based on the theoretical formula of breaking probability and t10 in the Ab-T10 breakage model, the data of impact experiments of maize kernels were fitted (R2adj higher than 0.86), and the parameter values in the theoretical formula were determined, meanwhile the Ab-T10 breakage model parameters were calibrated. The grinding simulation tests were carried out with the maize kernel model and the calibrated Ab-T10 breakage model parameters. The results showed that the simulation values were in good agreement with the measured values of the cumulative particle size distribution law of maize kernels with different moisture contents, and the relative error between the measured value and the simulation value was less than 6.54%, which indicated that the particle model and the Ab-T10 breakage model with calibrated parameters could effectively characterize the grinding performance of maize kernels.
