    半喂入聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)脫粒裝置柵格凹板分離的谷?;旌衔铮m經(jīng)抖動(dòng)板均布,,進(jìn)入清選篩后仍存在篩面兩側(cè)多中間少的問題,影響清選質(zhì)量,。為此提出了利用雙圓錐離心風(fēng)機(jī)均布篩面谷粒混合物的篩面雙側(cè)橫向氣流均布思想,。雙圓錐離心風(fēng)機(jī)工作時(shí),,具有K字形葉片葉輪的大小端之間存在風(fēng)壓差Δp,它可以產(chǎn)生橫向氣流,。根據(jù)喂入量所需的清選氣流全壓,、風(fēng)量和風(fēng)速,設(shè)計(jì)了具有K形葉片葉輪的雙圓錐離心風(fēng)機(jī),;計(jì)算了理論壓力差及其所產(chǎn)生的橫向風(fēng)速,;進(jìn)行了氣流流場數(shù)值模擬比較分析。經(jīng)二次旋轉(zhuǎn)正交組合模擬試驗(yàn)和多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化表明:當(dāng)葉輪大端直徑x1為308.72mm,,風(fēng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速x2為1186.71r/min,、葉片錐度x3為3.12°時(shí),最大橫向風(fēng)速va為3.26m/s,,清選損失率y1為1.08%,,籽粒含雜率y2為0.68%,指標(biāo)達(dá)到相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,,優(yōu)于現(xiàn)有機(jī)型水平(清選損失率為1.5%左右,,籽粒含雜率大于0.8%)。

    Abstract:

    The grain mixture are separated from threshing of headfeeding combine harvester,,which was distributed uniformly by grain pan,,but the grain mixture distribution was still non-uniform on top sieve:the both sides had many grains and the middle had less, which affected the cleaning quality. The theory of “the sieve surface grain mixture was uniform with crosswise air flow velocity” was advanced. When double conical centrifugal fan working,due to the wind pressure difference Δp between the large end and the small end of the impeller which had the K-shaped blade, can produce crosswise air flow velocity. Depending on the total pressure, air volume and wind speed of the air flow cleaning required for the feeding amount, double conical centrifugal fan with impeller which had the K-shaped blade was designed. The theoretical pressure difference Δp and the transverse wind speed were calculated,;comparison analysis of value simulation for cleaning flow field was carried out and quadratics rotary orthogonal combination design experiment and the multi-objective optimization calculation was carried out. Theoretical analysis and experimental verification showed that the diameter difference between the small-end and large-end of conical centrifugal fan caused the wind pressure difference,,which resulted in crosswise wind velocity in the front of vibrating screen,,puff falling grain mixture to middle zone from the both sides. When the large-end impeller diameter x1=308.72mm,fan rotation speed x2=1186.71r/min, blade taper x3=3.12°,, the maximum crosswise wind speed may reach 3.26m/s,,cleaning loss rate y1=1.08%,impurity rate y2=0.68%, which improved the cleaning quality of the head-feeding combine harvester.
