    摘要:

    針對(duì)目前國(guó)內(nèi)馬鈴薯定量裝袋機(jī)在定量裝袋時(shí)存在測(cè)量不穩(wěn)定、裝袋損傷較大以及裝換袋效率低等問(wèn)題,,采用S型拉力傳感器原理稱量,,提高了稱量精度和穩(wěn)定性。在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)定量裝袋裝置進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),,通過(guò)對(duì)定量裝袋裝置關(guān)鍵部件的分析確定了結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),,并明確了影響裝袋性能的關(guān)鍵因素及取值范圍。以輸送帶速度,、引流板角度以及裝袋高度為試驗(yàn)因素,,以稱量合格率、破皮率和傷薯率為試驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),,借助軟件Design-Expert 10.0.3,,采用Design-Behnken進(jìn)行三因素三水平試驗(yàn),對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行方差分析,,通過(guò)響應(yīng)面試驗(yàn)分析了各交互因素對(duì)試驗(yàn)指標(biāo)的影響規(guī)律,,對(duì)定量裝袋裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)以及工作參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,結(jié)合實(shí)際工況確定各因素最佳取值,,在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行5次試驗(yàn)臺(tái)定量裝袋試驗(yàn),,驗(yàn)證試驗(yàn)表明,,當(dāng)輸送線速度為0.44m/s、引流板角度為62.3°,、裝袋高度為496.1mm時(shí),,其稱量合格率為97.32%,破皮率為1.22%,,傷薯率為0.94%,。對(duì)比參數(shù)優(yōu)化后的理論值,實(shí)測(cè)值與理論值的相對(duì)誤差分別為1.23%,、2.40%,、2.17%,表明本定量裝袋裝置提高了裝袋合格率,,在提高裝換袋效率的同時(shí)減少了破皮和傷薯等損傷,。

    Abstract:

    In view of the problems of unstable measurement, large packaging damage and low packaging efficiency in the quantitative packaging of potato quantitative packaging machine in China, the principle of S-type tension sensor was used to weigh, and the weighing accuracy and stability were improved. On this basis, the structural design of quantitative packaging device was carried out. The structural parameters were determined by analyzing the key components of the quantitative packaging device, and the key factors affecting the packaging performance and the range of values were clarified. Taking conveyor belt speed, drainage plate angle and bagging height as experimental factors, weighing qualified rate, peeling rate and potato injury rate as experimental evaluation indexes, with the help of software Design-Expert 10.0.3, three factors and three levels experiments were carried out by Design-Behnken, and the experimental results were analyzed by variance analysis. The influence of various interactive factors on the experimental indexes was analyzed by response surface test. The structure and working parameters of the quantitative bagging device were optimized, and the optimal value of each factor was determined according to the actual working conditions. On this basis, five quantitative packaging tests were carried out on the test bench. The verification test showed that when the speed of the conveying line was 0.44m/s, the angle of the drainage plate was 62.3°, and the packaging height was 496.1mm, the qualified rate of weighing was 97.32%, the rate of skin breakage was 1.22%, and the rate of sweet potato injury was 0.94%. Compared with the theoretical value after parameter optimization, the relative errors between the measured value and the theoretical value were 1.23%, 2.40% and 2.17%, respectively. It was shown that the quantitative bagging device improved the qualified rate of bagging, improved the efficiency of bagging and replacement, and reduced the damage of skin and potato.
