    摘要:

    針對(duì)油葵聯(lián)合收獲作業(yè)過(guò)程中存在籽粒含雜率及損失率偏高的問(wèn)題,測(cè)定油葵脫粒后脫出物的尺寸特征和懸浮特性,,通過(guò)機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析與物料的受力分析,,確定了油葵聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)清選裝置主要結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)與工作參數(shù)。以風(fēng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速,、振動(dòng)頻率和分風(fēng)板傾角為影響因素,,油葵籽粒含雜率和籽粒損失率為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),開(kāi)展工作參數(shù)優(yōu)化試驗(yàn),,單因素試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,,清選裝置較優(yōu)工作區(qū)間為:風(fēng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速1100~1300r/min、振動(dòng)頻率3~5Hz,、分風(fēng)板傾角20°~40°,;設(shè)計(jì)Box-Behnken試驗(yàn),建立了響應(yīng)面回歸模型,,并進(jìn)行參數(shù)優(yōu)化,,結(jié)果表明:各試驗(yàn)因素對(duì)含雜率和損失率影響顯著性大小順序均為風(fēng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速、振動(dòng)頻率,、分風(fēng)板傾角,;當(dāng)風(fēng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速1200r/min、振動(dòng)頻率4Hz,、分風(fēng)板傾角27°時(shí),,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明平均油葵籽粒含雜率為4.25%,平均籽粒損失率為1.82%,,滿足油葵聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)清選的國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,。

    Abstract:

    The main structure and working parameters of the cleaning device of oil sunflower combine harvester were determined through the kinematic analysis of the mechanism and the force analysis of the material, in view of the problems of high seed trash rate and loss rate of the cleaning operation in the process of oil sunflower combine harvesting. The results of the single-factor test showed that the optimal working range of the cleaning device was 1100~1300r/min for fan speed, 3~5Hz for vibration frequency and 20°~40° for the inclination angle of the wind separator. The Box-Behnken test was designed, the response surface regression model was established, and the parameters were optimized. The results showed that the order of significance of each test factor on the trash content rate and the loss rate was fan speed, vibration frequency, and the tilting angle of the splitter; when the fan speed was 1200 r/min,the vibration frequency was 4Hz, and the tilting angle of the splitter was 27°, the test results showed that the trash content of the oil sunflower seeds was higher than that of the other seeds. When the fan speed was 1200r/min, the vibration frequency was 4Hz, and the tilting angle of the splitter was 27°, the test results showed that the seed content rate of oil sunflower was 4.25% and the seed loss rate was 1.82%, which meets the national standard requirements of cleaning of oil sunflower combined harvester.
