    摘要:

    為解決現(xiàn)有農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量溯源系統(tǒng)存在的數(shù)據(jù)中心化存儲(chǔ),、數(shù)據(jù)易篡改和數(shù)據(jù)信任等問(wèn)題,以及保障農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全,、維護(hù)消費(fèi)者權(quán)益和提高生產(chǎn)企業(yè)品牌競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,,在分析農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈業(yè)務(wù)流程和區(qū)塊鏈關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,,設(shè)計(jì)了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品可信溯源區(qū)塊結(jié)構(gòu),確保農(nóng)產(chǎn)品溯源數(shù)據(jù)不可偽造和安全可信,;提出了“On-Chain+Off-Chain”農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全溯源信息協(xié)同管理存儲(chǔ)策略,,解決農(nóng)產(chǎn)品溯源區(qū)塊鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)中各節(jié)點(diǎn)數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)壓力大、查詢效率低和數(shù)據(jù)爆炸等問(wèn)題,;采用Kafka共識(shí)機(jī)制實(shí)現(xiàn)多主體參與的共識(shí)操作,,提供實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)高吞吐量和低延時(shí)的處理能力;制定了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品溯源智能合約規(guī)則集和合約觸發(fā)條件,,確保農(nóng)產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)的可靠性和溯源平臺(tái)的公信力,;基于Hyperledger Fabric區(qū)塊鏈平臺(tái)研制了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全可信溯源系統(tǒng),并對(duì)紅茶產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全溯源進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證分析,。結(jié)果表明,,本文研制的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全可信溯源系統(tǒng),解決了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈生產(chǎn),、加工和流通多節(jié)點(diǎn)之間數(shù)據(jù)安全和溯源信息真實(shí)可信等問(wèn)題,,取得了較好的應(yīng)用效果。

    Abstract:

    Aiming to solve the problems of centralized data storage, easy data tampering, and data trust in the existing agricultural product quality traceability system, as well as to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products, protect the rights and interests of consumers and improve the brand competitiveness of production enterprises. Based on the analysis of the agricultural product industry chain business process and the key technologies of the blockchain, the trusted traceability block structure of agricultural products was designed to ensure that the traceability data of agricultural products were unforgeable, safe and reliable; the “On-Chain+Off-Chain” agricultural product was proposed. The collaborative management and storage strategy of quality and safe traceability information solved the problems of high data storage pressure, low query efficiency and data explosion of each node in the agricultural product traceability blockchain network. Kafka consensus mechanism was used to achieve consensus operations with multi-agent participation and provide real time data with high throughput, high-volume and low-latency processing capabilities; and agricultural product traceability smart contract rule sets and contract trigger conditions were developed to ensure the reliability of agricultural product data and the credibility of the traceability platform. A trusted traceability system was developed for agricultural product quality and safety based on the Hyperledger Fabric blockchain platform, and the verification and analysis were conducted on the traceability of the quality and safety of black tea products. The results showed that the developed agricultural product quality and safety credible traceability system can solve the problems of data security and authenticity of traceability information among multiple nodes in the production, processing and circulation of the agricultural product industry chain, which achieved good application results. 
