    針對板藍根收獲機作業(yè)根土分離率低,、根莖傷損率高等問題,設計了組合擺動式板藍根根土分離裝置,,闡述了該機整體結構及工作原理,。結合板藍根種植模式及板藍根收獲機的作業(yè)要求,,通過對篩分過程中組合式篩面根土復合體的動力學分析,確定了影響根土分離效果的主要因素及其取值范圍,。以根土分離率和根莖傷損率為評價指標,,以篩面傾角、曲柄轉(zhuǎn)速,、曲柄半徑為試驗因素,,進行二次回歸正交旋轉(zhuǎn)組合試驗,建立了試驗因素與評價指標之間的回歸模型,,分析了試驗因素對評價指標的影響,,對組合擺動式板藍根根土分離裝置的結構與工作參數(shù)進行優(yōu)化,結果表明,,在篩面傾角為14.94°,、曲柄轉(zhuǎn)速為440r/min、曲柄半徑為19.95mm時,,模型得到的根土分離率為97.19%,,根莖傷損率為2.66%。對優(yōu)化后的數(shù)據(jù)在相同條件下進行田間驗證試驗,,結果表明,,根土分離率為96.09%,根莖傷損率為2.75%,,滿足板藍根根土分離要求,。在相同條件下進行田間對比試驗,結果表明,,篩條-篩板組合式篩面根土分離性能優(yōu)于全篩條式篩面和全篩板式篩面,。

    Abstract:

    In order to slove the problem of low root-soil separation rate and high damage rate of rhizome effect of Radix isatidi harvester, a type of combined swing rootsoil separation device for Radix isatidi was designed. The overall structure and working principle of the machine were described. Combining the planting pattern of Radix isatidi with the operational requirements of harvesters, based on the analysis of the dynamic of the root-soil complex on the sieve surface during the sieving process of the device, the main factors and their ranges that affected the effect of the root-soil separation were determined. The rootsoil separation rate and damage rate of rhizome were used as test indicators. The sieve surface inclination angle, crank rotational speed, and crank radius were the test factors, and quadratic orthogonal regression test was carried out. The regression mathematical model between the indexes and the factors model between the test factors and test indexes was established by response surface analysis method, and the influence of test factors on test indexes was analyzed. The structure and working parameters which affected the separation performance of the combined swing-type root-soil separation were optimized. The results showed that when the sieve surface inclination angle was 14.94°, the crank rotational speed was 440r/min, and the crank radius was 19.95mm, the root-soil separation rate was 97.19%, and the damage rate of rhizome was 2.66%. Field tests were conducted to verify the optimized data under these conditions, and the results showed that the root-soil separation rate was 96.09% and the damage rate of rhizome was 2.75%, which satisfied the operating requirement of Radix isatidi root-soil separation.Finally, field tests were carried out under the same conditions, and the results showed that the sieving effect of the sieve strip sieve plate combined sieve surface was better than that of the full sieve strip sieve surface and the full sieve plate sieve surface.
