    農(nóng)機(jī)裝備正朝著智能化方向發(fā)展,智能測(cè)控是實(shí)現(xiàn)智能農(nóng)機(jī)的核心技術(shù),。農(nóng)機(jī)裝備智能測(cè)控技術(shù)以農(nóng)機(jī)裝備為載體,,包括農(nóng)機(jī)作業(yè)相關(guān)信息智能感知、精準(zhǔn)監(jiān)控和作業(yè)決策與管理等技術(shù),。目前,,我國(guó)農(nóng)機(jī)裝備智能測(cè)控存在高端裝備、核心技術(shù)國(guó)產(chǎn)化程度低的問題,。本文從農(nóng)機(jī)作業(yè)智能感知技術(shù),、農(nóng)機(jī)裝備精準(zhǔn)監(jiān)控技術(shù)和農(nóng)機(jī)作業(yè)智能決策與管理技術(shù)等方面對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述。闡述了作物生長(zhǎng)信息,、土壤信息和農(nóng)機(jī)作業(yè)狀態(tài)信息等智能感知技術(shù)的大量成果,;闡述了耕深、平整地,、土壤消毒,、播種、植保和收獲領(lǐng)域的農(nóng)機(jī)裝備精準(zhǔn)監(jiān)控技術(shù)的研究進(jìn)展,;闡述了農(nóng)機(jī)作業(yè)智能決策與管理技術(shù)在農(nóng)機(jī)作業(yè)質(zhì)量監(jiān)管,、農(nóng)機(jī)調(diào)度方面的技術(shù)突破;重點(diǎn)闡述了農(nóng)機(jī)裝備智能測(cè)控技術(shù)在土地耕整機(jī),、土壤消毒機(jī),、播種機(jī),、施肥機(jī)、植保機(jī),、收獲機(jī)及農(nóng)機(jī)作業(yè)管理平臺(tái)的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,,分析了各環(huán)節(jié)待解決的問題。最后,,提出了農(nóng)機(jī)裝備智能測(cè)控技術(shù)未來發(fā)展方向:農(nóng)機(jī)裝備智能測(cè)控系統(tǒng)化技術(shù)研究,;無人農(nóng)場(chǎng)農(nóng)機(jī)自主作業(yè)關(guān)鍵測(cè)控技術(shù)研究;田間復(fù)雜環(huán)境農(nóng)機(jī)核心部件及傳感器研發(fā),;農(nóng)機(jī)大數(shù)據(jù)支撐的作業(yè)決策模型研究,。

    Abstract:

    Agricultural equipment is developing towards intellectualization. Intelligent measurement and control technology is a core technology of intelligent agricultural equipment. The intelligent measurement and control technology of agricultural equipment uses agricultural machinery equipment as the carrier, including technologies such as intelligent perception of agricultural machinery operation-related information, precise monitoring, and operation decision-making and management. At present, the Chinese intelligent measurement and control for agricultural equipment has a problem of low degree of localization in high-end equipment and core technology. The research status in China and abroad about the core technologies of intelligent measurement and control technology of agricultural equipment was summarized, including intelligent sensing technology for agricultural machinery operations, precise monitoring technology for agricultural equipment, and intelligent decision-making and management technology for agricultural machinery operations. Intelligent sensing technology has produced many achievements, mainly in crop growth information, soil and agricultural machinery operation status. The research progress of precision monitoring technology for agricultural equipment in the fields of ploughing depth, flat land, soil disinfection, seeding, plant protection and harvesting was reviewed. Intelligent decision-making and management technology of agricultural equipment operation has made technological breakthroughs in quality supervision and dispatching decision-making of agricultural machinery. Intelligent monitoring and control technology of agricultural equipment has been widely used in land tillage machine, soil sterilizer, seeder, fertilizer applicator, plant protection machine, harvester and agricultural equipment operation management platform, and the problems to be solved in each application link were analyzed. Finally, the future development directions of the intelligent measurement and control technology for agricultural equipment were put forward: research on system technology of intelligent measurement and control for agricultural machinery; research on key monitoring and control technology for autonomous operation of agricultural machinery on unmanned farm; research and development of core components and sensors of agricultural machinery in complex field environment; and research on operation decision model supported by big data of agricultural machinery.
