    摘要:

    為改善微小型軸向柱塞泵配流副潤(rùn)滑特性,對(duì)缸體進(jìn)行受力分析,,建立了配流副油膜潤(rùn)滑模型,,以泄漏量,、缸體傾覆角,、粘性摩擦力矩為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),,采用多目標(biāo)遺傳算法(Non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm,NSGA-Ⅱ)對(duì)配流盤(pán)密封環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,包括配流盤(pán)密封環(huán)徑向尺寸R1,、R2,、R3、R4和腰型槽起點(diǎn)張角θ,。模型考慮缸體微觀的傾斜運(yùn)動(dòng)以及宏觀的旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng),,對(duì)楔形油膜的動(dòng)態(tài)變化過(guò)程進(jìn)行了仿真。通過(guò)有限容積法對(duì)雷諾方程進(jìn)行離散化處理,,得到配流盤(pán)表面油膜的壓力分布情況,,并分析了密封環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)油膜特性的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,,密封環(huán)最外緣的尺寸對(duì)油膜潤(rùn)滑性能影響較小,,腰型槽起點(diǎn)張角和密封環(huán)內(nèi)緣尺寸對(duì)缸體傾覆角的影響較大;配流盤(pán)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化后,,油膜綜合潤(rùn)滑特性提升5.4%,傾覆角和泄漏量分別下降3.8%和29.6%,。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the lubrication performance of the cylinder/valve-plate interface of a small axial piston pump, an oil film lubrication model was established based on the force analysis of the cylinder block. With leakage, cylinder overturning angle and viscous friction torque as the optimization objectives, the structural parameters of the valveplate seal ring were optimized by multi-objective non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA-Ⅱ), including the radial dimensions of valve-plate sealring R1,R2,R3,R4 and the starting angle θ of the waist groove.Considering the micro tilt motion and macro rotation motion of the cylinder block, the dynamic change process of the wedge oil film was simulated.The pressure distribution of the oil film on the cylinder/valve-plate interface was obtained by discretizing the Reynolds equation by the finite volume method. The results showed that the size of the outermost edge of the seal ring had little influence on the lubrication performance of the oil film, while the starting angle of the waist groove and the size of the inner edge of the seal ring had large influence on the overturning angle of the cylinder. After the optimization of the structure of valve plate, the comprehensive lubrication performance of the oil film was improved by 5.4%, and the overturning angle and leakage rate were decreased by 3.8% and 29.6%, respectively.
