    摘要:

    針對(duì)牛糞好氧發(fā)酵生產(chǎn)生物有機(jī)肥過(guò)程中,,由于工藝參數(shù)不當(dāng)造成的發(fā)酵周期長(zhǎng)、肥料質(zhì)量差及秸稈資源短缺等問(wèn)題,,以牛糞和核桃果枝為原料,,以C/N比、菌劑類型,、翻堆間隔時(shí)間為試驗(yàn)因素,,以發(fā)芽指數(shù)、有機(jī)質(zhì)質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù),、總養(yǎng)分質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為試驗(yàn)指標(biāo),,在大量單因素試驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,選取較優(yōu)的水平開(kāi)展多因素正交試驗(yàn),,確定了最優(yōu)工藝組合,。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)C/N比為25,,菌劑選用菌劑2,翻堆間隔時(shí)間為4d時(shí),,牛糞好氧發(fā)酵的升溫速度快,高溫維持時(shí)間長(zhǎng),,發(fā)酵周期短,,發(fā)酵所得的生物有機(jī)肥產(chǎn)品的腐熟度高,,有效活菌數(shù)(cfu)達(dá)到2×108個(gè)/g,總養(yǎng)分質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為14.86%,,發(fā)芽指數(shù)可達(dá)96.6%,。

    Abstract:

    In view of the cow dung in the process of aerobic fermentation production of biological organic fertilizer, due to improper parameters of the fermentation cycle is long, the poor quality of fertilizer, and fruit branch waste recycling use difficult problems. Cow dung and walnut twigs were used as raw materials, carbon-nitrogen ratio, fungicide and the number of days between turns were taken as the experimental factors, germination index, organic matter content and total nutrient content were used as test indexes. On the basis of a large number of single factor tests, selecting the optimal level of multi-factor orthogonal test, the optimal combination process was determined. Test results showed that when the carbon nitrogen ratio was 25, inoculants bacteria agent B, the number of days between turns were 4 days, aerobic fermentation of cow manure heated up quickly, high temperature maintenance time was long, fermentation cycle was short, the organic fertilizer produced by fermentation had a high degree of maturity fermentation biological. The effective viable count (cfu) was 2×108 per gram, the total nutrient content was 14.86%, and the germination index was 96.6%. The results can provide the necessary theoretical basis for the large-scale treatment of cow dung and the resource utilization of walnut twigs.
