    摘要:

    無(wú)人機(jī)(Unmanned aerial vehicle, UAV)作為一種靈活、高效的農(nóng)業(yè)環(huán)境信息和作物生長(zhǎng)信息獲取技術(shù)的載體,,近年來(lái)在農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)和科研領(lǐng)域得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用,。無(wú)人機(jī)搭載感知成像設(shè)備已經(jīng)成為智慧農(nóng)業(yè)中信息獲取的重要技術(shù)手段,與地上或地下傳感器等共同構(gòu)成空地一體化系統(tǒng),,為智能化農(nóng)業(yè)管理提供數(shù)據(jù)支持和決策依據(jù),。多源信息融合是提高無(wú)人機(jī)感知能力的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一,其研究對(duì)于無(wú)人機(jī)的應(yīng)用有著重要意義,。與單一信息獲取相比,,基于多源數(shù)據(jù)融合的方法,將多源性的各類信息進(jìn)行各種運(yùn)算與處理,,來(lái)提取目標(biāo)的特征信息,,以便進(jìn)行分析與理解,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)目標(biāo)的識(shí)別,、檢測(cè)和控制等,。總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外20多年來(lái)有代表性的相關(guān)研究和解決方案,,從無(wú)人機(jī)影像背景復(fù)雜,、目標(biāo)較小、視場(chǎng)大、目標(biāo)具有旋轉(zhuǎn)性的特點(diǎn)出發(fā),,對(duì)無(wú)人機(jī)目標(biāo)檢測(cè)近期的研究進(jìn)行了歸納和分析,。最后討論了存在的問(wèn)題,給出了今后的研究趨勢(shì)與發(fā)展方向判斷,。

    Abstract:

    As a flexible and efficient carrier of agricultural environmental information and crop growth information acquisition technology, UAVs have been widely used in agricultural production and scientific research in recent years. UAVs equipped with perceptual imaging equipment have become an important technical means for information acquisition in smart agriculture. Together with ground or underground sensors, they form an integrated air-ground system to provide data support and decision-making basis for intelligent agricultural management. Multi-source information fusion is one of the key technologies to improve the perception ability of UAVs, and its research is of great significance to the application of UAVs. Compared with the acquisition of single information, based on the method of multi-source data fusion, various types of multi-source information are subjected to various operations and processing to extract the characteristic information of the target for analysis and understanding, and finally realize the identification and recognition of the target. The representative related research and solutions for more than 20 years at home and abroad were summarized. Starting from the characteristics of complex background of UAV images, small target, large field of view, and target rotation, recent research on UAV target detection was inducted and analyzed. Finally, the existing problems were discussed, and the future research trend and development direction judgment were given.
