    摘要:

    針對農(nóng)機模型參數(shù)化設(shè)計過程中涉及參數(shù)傳遞困難、關(guān)聯(lián)性差,,對設(shè)計人員的專業(yè)素質(zhì)要求高等問題,,構(gòu)建了一套模型參數(shù)化設(shè)計交互式創(chuàng)建系統(tǒng),。該系統(tǒng)運用知識元設(shè)計的理念,通過人機交互式的方法創(chuàng)建設(shè)計知識,,實現(xiàn)模型的個性化設(shè)計與參數(shù)化建模,。采用Visual Studio平臺下的VB.NET為開發(fā)語言,結(jié)合SolidWorks的二次開發(fā)技術(shù)與MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫管理實現(xiàn)模型參數(shù)化設(shè)計的資源化封裝,,以弱化專業(yè)背景知識的限制,。以谷物收獲機械的切割裝置為測試對象,分析零件之間的參數(shù)關(guān)系,,明確參數(shù)設(shè)計規(guī)則,,通過模型預(yù)處理標(biāo)記設(shè)計參數(shù),循環(huán)遍歷模型數(shù)據(jù)集提取參數(shù)基本信息,,建立人機交互操作界面,,按照參數(shù)分類的要求完成設(shè)計參數(shù)定量、定性的知識信息表達,。實例分析證明了該系統(tǒng)的可行性與有效性,,并且易于理解和應(yīng)用,可為農(nóng)機裝備的設(shè)計重用技術(shù)提供技術(shù)支持,。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems of difficult parameter transfer, poor relevance and high requirements for designers in the process of parametric design of agricultural machinery models, a set of interactive creation system for model parametric design was constructed. The system used the concept of knowledge element design to create design knowledge through a man-machine interactive method to realize the personalized design and parametric modeling of the model. Combining the secondary development technology of SolidWorks and MySQL database management to realize the resource encapsulation of model parametric design, in order to weaken the limitation of professional background knowledge. Taking the grain harvester cutting device as the test object, the parameter relationship between the parts was analyzed, the parameter design rules were clarified, the design parameters were marked through the model preprocessing, and the model data set was looped to extract the basic information of the parameters, a human-computer interaction interface was established, and following the classification requirement of parameters, the quantitative and qualitative knowledge and information expression of design parameters were completed. The case analysis proved the feasibility and effectiveness of the system,,and it was easy to understand and apply. At the same time, it can also provide technical support for the design and reuse technology of agricultural machinery and equipment.
