    摘要:

    為解決農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械(簡(jiǎn)稱農(nóng)機(jī))多機(jī)協(xié)同作業(yè)前的任務(wù)分配問(wèn)題,,提出了基于多變異分組遺傳算法的同種農(nóng)機(jī)多機(jī)協(xié)同作業(yè)靜態(tài)任務(wù)分配方法,。首先,根據(jù)農(nóng)機(jī)合作社實(shí)際作業(yè)模式,,基于農(nóng)機(jī)性能參數(shù)和任務(wù)參數(shù),,綜合考慮機(jī)群的作業(yè)時(shí)間、作業(yè)油耗和路程代價(jià)等因素,,建立了多機(jī)協(xié)同代價(jià)函數(shù),;根據(jù)多機(jī)協(xié)同作業(yè)特點(diǎn),構(gòu)建了多變異分組遺傳算法,,設(shè)計(jì)了兩段式編碼,、分組交叉算子和多種變異算子,并建立了農(nóng)機(jī)多機(jī)協(xié)同作業(yè)靜態(tài)任務(wù)分配模型,;通過(guò)仿真試驗(yàn)對(duì)比分析了算法的性能,,并采用不同的代價(jià)權(quán)重進(jìn)行了任務(wù)分配仿真試驗(yàn);最后,,采用不同的權(quán)重對(duì)實(shí)際深松作業(yè)進(jìn)行任務(wù)分配試驗(yàn),,對(duì)本文提出算法進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明:在不同權(quán)重下,,基于多變異分組遺傳算法的多機(jī)協(xié)同靜態(tài)任務(wù)分配的機(jī)群代價(jià)比實(shí)際作業(yè)代價(jià)降低了29.48%~55.00%,,選取合理權(quán)重的靜態(tài)任務(wù)分配具有較高的分配效率和分配性能,能夠滿足實(shí)際多機(jī)協(xié)同作業(yè)中任務(wù)分配的要求。

    Abstract:

    Agricultural machinery cooperative operation often face the situation that multiple agricultural machines work together to complete multiple tasks in a working season. Reasonable task allocation before the operation can significantly improve the efficiency of the group’s operations and shorten the operating time.In order to solve the problem of static task allocation for multi-machine cooperation of the same kind of agricultural machinery,a static task allocation method of multi-machine cooperation based on multi-variation group genetic algorithm (MGGA)was studied. Firstly, according to the operation mode of agricultural machinery cooperatives and considering the operating time, the operating fuel consumption and the distance cost of the group comprehensive,a multi-machine cooperative cost function was established based on agricultural machine performance and task parameters. Secondly, based on the characteristics of multi-machine cooperative operation, a MGGA was designed and a static multi-machine cooperative task allocation model was established. Then, simulation experiment was carried out to compare and analyze the performance of the algorithm. And different weights were used for task allocation simulation experiments. Finally, practical experiment was carried out with different weights to verify the practicability of the algorithm by assigning tasks to actual deep loosening operations. Practical experiment results showed that the MGGA based task assignment multi-machine collaboration cost was 29.48%~55.00% lower than the actual work cost, which indicated that the MGGA based agricultural multi-machine cooperative static task allocation method had better distribution efficiency and higher distribution performance, and met the requirements of actual needs of agricultural multi-machine cooperative task allocation.
