    摘要:

    針對以空氣源熱泵為熱源系統(tǒng)的低溫循環(huán)谷物干燥機(jī)存在的一體化控制程度不足問題,,設(shè)計(jì)了一種熱泵式低溫循環(huán)谷物干燥機(jī)控制系統(tǒng),。為實(shí)現(xiàn)低溫循環(huán)谷物干燥機(jī)和熱泵系統(tǒng)的一體化控制,利用可編程邏輯控制器(PLC)技術(shù)進(jìn)行硬件電路設(shè)計(jì)和軟件設(shè)計(jì),,系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了谷物干燥過程的自動(dòng)和手動(dòng)等多模式控制,并支持干燥參數(shù)的人工調(diào)節(jié)和設(shè)置,、谷物含水率及干燥溫度的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控等功能,。試驗(yàn)表明,干燥機(jī)在不同模式下均工作正常,;所開發(fā)的邏輯控制系統(tǒng)具有自動(dòng)化程度高,、穩(wěn)定性好、安全性高等優(yōu)勢,。稻谷干燥試驗(yàn)表明,,在不同環(huán)境溫度下,熱泵熱風(fēng)溫度平均誤差為0.95℃,,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差為0.93℃,,系統(tǒng)具有較好的控制精度與穩(wěn)定性,糧食溫度穩(wěn)定在33℃左右,,滿足低溫循環(huán)式谷物干燥機(jī)的作業(yè)要求,。

    Abstract:

    A heat pump low-temperature circulating grain dryer control system was designed for the low-temperature circulating grain dryer using air source heat pump as the heat source. A multi-mode soft logic system was employed to control the low-temperature circulating grain dryer and heat pump system. In the hierarchical system, the PLC was used as the control core and touch screen as the man-machine interface, programming through the sequential function chart (SFC) and ladder diagram, which guaranteed the multi-mode operation of heat pump low-temperature circulation grain dryer and supported manual adjustment and setting of drying parameters, realtime monitoring of grain moisture content and drying temperature and other functions. The experiments validated the operation of the dryer in manual mode, automatic mode and timing mode. The designed logic control system had advantages of high degree of automation, good stability and high safety and so on. Additionally, experiment results on the control of the drying temperature showed that the mean error of the heat pump outlet temperature was 0.95℃ and the standard deviation was 0.93℃ at different ambient temperatures, which meant the control system had high accuracy and stability. The grain temperature was stable at about 33℃, which satisfied the operating requirements of the low-temperature circulating grain dryer.
