    摘要:

    為深入研究大蒜浮動(dòng)切根裝置的作業(yè)機(jī)理和作業(yè)質(zhì)量提升技術(shù)途徑,,對(duì)大蒜根系浮動(dòng)切割作業(yè)過程中的力學(xué)特性進(jìn)行理論研究,,推導(dǎo)了切根作業(yè)過程鱗莖碰撞動(dòng)力學(xué)方程,得出鱗莖初始碰撞相對(duì)速度是影響碰撞損傷的關(guān)鍵參數(shù),;分析了根系滑切原理,,建立了刀刃切割阻力力學(xué)模型,分析了根系群切割阻力的形成原因,;運(yùn)用高速攝影技術(shù)解析了鱗莖碰撞,、根系群擾動(dòng)和斷裂等力學(xué)行為的產(chǎn)生過程。針對(duì)影響切根作業(yè)質(zhì)量的主要因素進(jìn)行了響應(yīng)面試驗(yàn),,建立了傷蒜率,、切凈率預(yù)測(cè)數(shù)學(xué)模型,分析了各因素對(duì)傷蒜率,、切凈率的影響,,并進(jìn)行了綜合參數(shù)優(yōu)化,得到浮動(dòng)切根裝置較優(yōu)參數(shù)組合為:輸送速度1m/s,、切刀轉(zhuǎn)速2600r/min,、刃口傾斜角33°、螺旋防護(hù)柵螺距28mm,,試驗(yàn)測(cè)定傷蒜率為2.78%,,切凈率為93.17%,各項(xiàng)作業(yè)指標(biāo)滿足大蒜機(jī)械化收獲切根作業(yè)要求,。

    Abstract:

    The research on mechanized root cutting of garlic at home and abroad is still in the exploratory and experimental stage. Two key issues that remain unresolved in mechanized root cutting of garlic are low root cutting rate and high bulb bruise rate. In order to further study the operation mechanism and optimization design of garlic root floating cutting device, the theoretical study on the mechanical properties of root floating cutting process was carried out. The dynamics equations of bulb collision during root cutting were derived, and the relative velocity of bulb collision was the key motion parameter that affected the collision damage. The principle of root sliding cutting operation was analyzed, and the cause of root group cutting resistance was analyzed by establishing mechanical models of blade cutting resistance. The process of bulb collision, root group disturbance and fracture was analyzed by high-speed photography. The mathematical models were established to predict bruise rate and root cutting rate. The effects of various factors on bruise rate and root cutting rate were analyzed and the comprehensive optimization of various factors was carried out. The bruise rate was 2.78% and the root cutting rate was 93.17% under the optimal parameters of root floating cutting device with feed speed of 1m/s, rotational speed of the cutter of 2600r/min, cutter angle of 33°, and spiral grating pitch of 28mm. The research results can provide references for the research and mechanism design of garlic root cutting technique used in garlic combine harvester.
