    摘要:

    針對(duì)東北地區(qū)稻田行間除草裝置存在除草率低,、易傷苗等問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)一種曲面輪齒斜置式稻田行間除草裝置,。通過(guò)對(duì)除草輪作業(yè)時(shí)輪齒入土壓埋過(guò)程和出土脫附過(guò)程進(jìn)行力學(xué)分析,,建立了土壤顆粒在除草輪齒上的相應(yīng)力學(xué)模型,研究了輪齒結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)作業(yè)性能的影響,;通過(guò)理論分析確定了影響除草性能的除草輪主要結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)和各參數(shù)的取值范圍,,并設(shè)計(jì)了單鉸鏈結(jié)構(gòu)仿形機(jī)構(gòu)?;陲@式動(dòng)力學(xué)LS-DYNA仿真技術(shù)建立了除草輪與水-土壤流固耦合模型,,通過(guò)正交旋轉(zhuǎn)虛擬試驗(yàn)獲得曲面輪齒除草輪的最優(yōu)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)組合,并通過(guò)田間對(duì)比試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了該裝置的作業(yè)性能,。結(jié)果表明:曲面結(jié)構(gòu)輪齒除草輪的雜草壓埋效果和脫土效果均優(yōu)于直面結(jié)構(gòu)輪齒的除草輪,,影響該裝置作業(yè)性能的主要結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)為除草輪曲率半徑和偏心距;通過(guò)仿真試驗(yàn)得到最優(yōu)參數(shù)組合為曲率半徑65.86mm,、偏心距113.27mm,。田間試驗(yàn)表明,在輪齒曲率半徑為66mm,、偏心距為113mm最優(yōu)參數(shù)組合下,,該裝置平均除草率和平均傷苗率分別為89.66%和2.1%,作業(yè)性能穩(wěn)定,,滿(mǎn)足稻田機(jī)械除草作業(yè)農(nóng)藝和技術(shù)要求,。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems of low weeding rate, easy damage to seedlings during operation of paddy field weeding devices in Northeast China, a curved-tooth oblique type inter-row weeding device was designed. Through the mechanical analysis of the buried ability of the wheel tooth entering the soil and the process of unearthed desorption during the operation of the weeding wheel, the corresponding mechanical model of the soil particles on the weeding wheel teeth was established, and the influence of the tooth structure on the operating performance was explored. The main structural parameters affected the weeding effect and the range of the parameters were determined through theoretical analysis, and a single-hinge structure profiling mechanism was designed. Combining with LS-DYNA simulation of display dynamics and rotating orthogonal experiment design, the optimal structure parameter combination of the curved-tooth oblique inter-row weeding wheel was obtained. The operation performance of the device was verified by field experiments. The research results showed that the weed burying effect and removal effect of the curved-tooth surface was better than that of the straight surface and the main structural parameters affected the performance of the curved-tooth oblique type inter-row weeding device were the curvature radius and the eccentricity of the weeding wheel. The simulation test showed that the optimal parameter combination was 65.86mm and 113.27mm, respectively. Field test results showed that the average weeding rate and average seedling damage rate of the device were 89.66% and 2.1%, respectively. The operation performance was stable, which can meet the agronomic and technical requirements of paddy field mechanical weeding operations.
