    摘要:

    針對(duì)我國(guó)玉米種子人工分選效率低,、錯(cuò)分率高、缺少自動(dòng)檢測(cè)分選裝置等問題,,設(shè)計(jì)了一種玉米種子實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè)分選裝置,。該裝置由進(jìn)料單元、檢測(cè)單元,、分選單元和控制系統(tǒng)組成,。下位機(jī)采用MSP430,與上位機(jī)實(shí)時(shí)通信,,并控制分選執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu),,上位機(jī)采用Matlab 2014b軟件對(duì)玉米種子圖像進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)處理,,并輸出識(shí)別結(jié)果,。為了便于采集玉米種子圖像,,設(shè)計(jì)了種子分離機(jī)構(gòu)。根據(jù)霉變玉米種子與正常玉米種子表面顏色的差異,,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于HSV顏色空間劃分的玉米種子識(shí)別算法,,并提出了一種玉米種子排序策略,實(shí)現(xiàn)了玉米種子的精確分選,。該裝置對(duì)單幅圖像的采集和處理時(shí)間約為0.7s,,分選速率最高為680粒/min,霉變玉米種子識(shí)別準(zhǔn)確率為100%,,裝置總體分選準(zhǔn)確率不低于94%,。該裝置實(shí)現(xiàn)了從玉米種子進(jìn)料到分選的全自動(dòng)化,能夠?qū)γ棺冇衩追N子進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè)和分選,。

    Abstract:

    In view of the problems of low efficiency of artificial separation, high rate of wrong separation and lack of automatic detection and separation device of mildewed corn seeds in China, a real-time detection and separation device was designed. The device consisted of a feeding unit, a detection unit, a sorting unit and a control system. The MSP430 was used to communicate by lower computer with the upper computer in real time and control the sorting actuator. The Matlab 2014b software was used by upper computer to process the corn seed image in real time and output the recognition results. In order to facilitate the image acquisition of corn seeds, a seed separation mechanism was designed. Based on the difference of surface color between mildewed corn seeds and normal corn seeds, an image algorithm for identifying mildewed corn seeds simultaneously in a single image was designed based on HSV spatial color division of image. The algorithm can realize pixel level mildewed corn seed recognition, and a sort strategy of corn seeds was proposed to achieve accurate sorting. The experiment showed that the device can realize the real-time detection and sorting of mildewed corn seeds. The acquisition and processing time of a single image was about 0.7s, the highest sorting speed was 680 grains per minute, the recognition accuracy of mildewed corn seeds was 100%, and the overall sorting accuracy was no less than 94%. The device realized the whole process of corn from feeding to sorting automatically, and can achieve the purpose of real-time detection and sorting of moldy corn seeds. The device adopted machine vision technology to carry out non-destructive detection of corn seeds, which provided technical support for the related research and development of later corn seed grading system.
