    摘要:

    為解決現(xiàn)有殘膜回收機(jī)集膜裝置在集膜和卸膜過程中殘膜質(zhì)地松散、作業(yè)效率低等問題,,設(shè)計(jì)了一種帶式卷膜裝置,。闡述了該帶式卷膜裝置的基本結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理,通過理論分析確定了關(guān)鍵部件結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),,分析了卷膜作業(yè)過程,,經(jīng)過計(jì)算分析得到可卷收殘膜膜卷的最大直徑、卷膜速比范圍,、卷膜傾角范圍,。采用三因素三水平Box-Behnken試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法,建立了各因素與膜卷密度之間的數(shù)學(xué)模型,,確定了較優(yōu)工作參數(shù)組合為:機(jī)具前進(jìn)速度5.38km/h,、卷膜速比為1.19、卷膜傾角為80°,,此時(shí)平均膜卷密度為122.7kg/m 3 ,。田間試驗(yàn)表明,卷膜裝置作業(yè)性能穩(wěn)定,,膜卷質(zhì)量良好,,滿足設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)際作業(yè)要求,。

    Abstract:

    Collecting operation is the last step of residual plastic film recovery. Most of the existing residual plastic film collectors collect residual plastic film by collecting box, which is not conducive to storage and transportation, and easy to cause secondary pollution. In order to solve the problems of loose texture and low efficiency in the process of residual plastic film collecting and unloading, a belt-type curl-up film device which could realize film curling up and automatic film unloading was designed. The belt-type curl-up film device of the residual plastic film recycling machine introduced coiled the residual plastic film into a film coil with a certain compactness, which solved the above problems. Through the design and analysis of the key components of the curl-up film device, the driving form of the curl-up film belt, the selection of air spring and other structure and operation parameters was determined. At the same time, the operation process of curling up film was analyzed, and the diameter range of the residual plastic film coil and the curl-up angle range were obtained. The hydraulic system of flip-unload film was designed for automatic film unloading. The mathematical model between the key parameters and the residual plastic film coil density was established by using the three factors and three levels Box-Behnken test design method. The optimal combination of the motion parameters of the belt-type curl-up film device was determined as follows: the forward speed of the unit was 5.38km/h, the curl up speed ratio was 1.19, the curl up angle was 80°, the average coil density was 122.7kg/m 3 , and the average time of film unloading and resetting was 33s. The field test indicated that the operation performance of the belt-type curl-up film device was stable and the quality of the film coil was good, which met the design and practical operation requirements.
