    摘要:

    滾動機器人常采用外置電源或氣源驅(qū)動,,限制了滾動機器人的運動場景和活動范圍,。本文設(shè)計了一種化學(xué)反應(yīng)自驅(qū)動滾動機器人,機器人內(nèi)部放有反應(yīng)液和催化劑,,通過化學(xué)反應(yīng)產(chǎn)生氣體,,推動反應(yīng)液在多個腔室內(nèi)循環(huán)流動,從而改變機器人重心實現(xiàn)滾動,;設(shè)計了滾動機器人的關(guān)鍵部件——重力閥,,重力閥在不同角度下實現(xiàn)周期性的開閉,從而控制流體。通過實驗對重力閥的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)進行優(yōu)化,使其在滿足開閉角度要求的前提下,泄漏量最低,;分析了滾動機器人實現(xiàn)自驅(qū)動的參數(shù)和條件,,獲得了最低液位線、最高液位線與重力閥開閉角度之間的關(guān)系,;應(yīng)用滾動機器人進行實驗,,結(jié)果表明,其最高滾動角速度為2(°)/s,,驗證了該化學(xué)反應(yīng)自驅(qū)動滾動機器人設(shè)計的可行性,,為化學(xué)反應(yīng)自驅(qū)動在機器人領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用提供了思路。

    Abstract:

    Rolling robots often use external electric power or pneumatic drive, which limits the usage of them. A chemical reaction self-driven rolling robot was designed. Reaction liquid and catalyst were placed inside the robot. The gas generated by the chemical reaction pushed the reaction liquid to circulate in the multiple cavities of the robot, changing the center of gravity of the robot to achieve rolling. Gravity valve was designed, which was the key component of rolling robot. The gravity valve can be opened and closed periodically at different angles to control the flow. The gravity valve was made of silicone rubber and copper balls. The structure size of the gravity valve was optimized, and the leakage amount reached the minimum under the conditions of required opening and closing angle. The parameters and conditions of the rolling robot to achieve self-drive were analyzed, and the relationship between the lowest liquid level line, the highest liquid level line, the opening angle and closing angle of the gravity valve was obtained. The body of the rolling robot was made by 3D printing. Rotational angular velocity of the rolling robot was about 2(°)/s. The feasibility of this kind of chemical reaction self-driven rolling robot was verified, and a new idea was provided for the application of chemical reaction self-driven in the field of robots.
