    摘要:

    根據(jù)現(xiàn)代溫室監(jiān)控和管理的需求,基于Android系統(tǒng)開發(fā)了溫室設(shè)備的狀態(tài)監(jiān)控模塊,采用CAN總線測控系統(tǒng)對溫室內(nèi)外環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)進行實時采集并對溫室環(huán)境設(shè)備進行控制,。基于Android開發(fā)的系統(tǒng)軟件具有遠程監(jiān)控的功能,。根據(jù)攝像頭提供的實時視頻數(shù)據(jù),,對圖幀間差分法和自相關(guān)函數(shù)法應(yīng)用于溫室風(fēng)機停轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài)的監(jiān)測以及背景差分法和Canny邊緣檢測算法應(yīng)用于溫室天窗開度狀態(tài)的監(jiān)測進行研究,比較不同算法的實時性和準確性,,實現(xiàn)了溫室通風(fēng)設(shè)備風(fēng)機和天窗狀態(tài)的異常監(jiān)測,。試驗表明,系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸穩(wěn)定,、環(huán)境調(diào)控可靠,、視頻圖像清晰流暢,能夠?qū)崟r可靠地監(jiān)測設(shè)備的運行狀態(tài),,且操作簡單,、界面友好,保證了溫室通風(fēng)設(shè)備自動控制的安全性,,能夠滿足遠程智能監(jiān)控現(xiàn)代溫室的需求,。

    Abstract:

    According to the requirements of modern greenhouse monitoring and management, the status monitoring module of greenhouse devices was developed based on Android system. CAN bus system was used for the real-time environmental data acquisition and environmental devices control in greenhouse. The system software was developed based on Android operating system and it had the function of remote monitoring. Based on the real-time video data provided by the camera, different image recognition technologies were studied in the status detection of greenhouse devices to implement abnormal monitoring of fan and vent status of greenhouse ventilation devices. The frame subtraction method and autocorrelation function were used in the detection of fan switch. The background subtraction method and Canny edge detection were studied to detect the opening status of ventilation window. The real-time and accuracy of different algorithms were compared. Test results showed that the system data transmission was stable, the environmental regulation was reliable, the video image was clear and smooth, and the devices status can be detected in real time and reliably. The operation of the status monitoring module of greenhouse ventilation devices was simple and the interface was friendly, which guaranteed the safety of automatic control of greenhouse ventilation devices and realized the requirements of remote intelligent monitoring in modern greenhouses.
