    摘要:

    針對(duì)目前沒(méi)有成熟的土壤水通量測(cè)量設(shè)備的問(wèn)題,,通過(guò)技術(shù)分析,,使用Pyboard控制單元、MicroPython編程語(yǔ)言和ADS1256模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換芯片,,設(shè)計(jì)了一款土壤水通量傳感器,。使用Python軟件,利用Math庫(kù)中的Matplotlib函數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)了上位機(jī)軟件,通過(guò)傳感器功能測(cè)試,,可實(shí)現(xiàn)土壤熱擴(kuò)散系數(shù),、容積熱容量、熱導(dǎo)率以及土壤水通量的測(cè)量,。選用石英砂,、壤質(zhì)砂土、砂質(zhì)壤土和砂質(zhì)黏壤土4種土樣進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),,根據(jù)最大無(wú)量綱溫度差(MDTD)法和比率(Td/Tu)法得出計(jì)算值,,并與實(shí)際水通量進(jìn)行對(duì)比。結(jié)果表明,,該系統(tǒng)測(cè)量精度高,、運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定。兩種方法的計(jì)算結(jié)果與實(shí)際值之間線性度良好,,4種土樣的MDTD法決定系數(shù)分別為0.9677,、0.9798、0.9780,、0.9647,,Td/Tu法的決定系數(shù)分別為0.9845、0.9985,、0.9989,、0.9986,說(shuō)明系統(tǒng)具有較高的測(cè)量精度,。通過(guò)適應(yīng)性評(píng)價(jià)得出,,4種土樣中Td/Tu法計(jì)算值與實(shí)際值之間的相關(guān)性更好,誤差更低,,計(jì)算效果優(yōu)于MDTD法,。

    Abstract:

    Soil water flux measurement is very important in agriculture, but there is currently no mature measurement equipment. Through technical analysis, a soil water flux sensor was designed using Pyboard control unit, MicroPython programming language and ADS1256 analogtodigital conversion chip. By using Python software and Matplotlib functions in the Math library, the host computer software was designed. Through sensor function tests, soil thermal diffusion coefficient, volumetric heat capacity, thermal conductivity, and soil water flow measurement can be achieved. Four kinds of soil samples were selected for testing, and the calculated values were obtained according to the maximum dimensionless temperature difference (MDTD) method and the ratio (Td/Tu) method, which were compared with the actual water flow. The test results showed that the system had high measurement accuracy and stable operation. In the application of the method, the linearity between the calculation results of the two algorithms and the actual values was good. The determination coefficient R2 of the MDTD method of the four soils were 0.9677, 0.9798, 0.9780 and 0.9647, and the determination coefficient R2 of the Td/Tu method were 0.9845, 0.9985, 0.9989 and 0.9986, indicating that the system had good measurement accuracy. Through adaptability evaluation, the correlation between the calculated values of Td/Tu and actual values in the four soils was better, the error was lower, and the calculation results were better than the MDTD method, which provided guidance for the selection of system algorithms. 
