    在分析灌區(qū)大數(shù)據(jù)資源構(gòu)成的基礎(chǔ)上,,構(gòu)建了面向水資源配置的數(shù)據(jù)挖掘算法;匯聚某行政區(qū)域水資源,、經(jīng)濟(jì),、人口、行業(yè)用水等數(shù)據(jù),,運(yùn)用模糊層次聚類分析方法,,對行政區(qū)域內(nèi)行業(yè)間的配水案例進(jìn)行分類及特征分析;采用固定步長窮舉法對灌區(qū)配水相關(guān)參數(shù)進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)賦權(quán),;運(yùn)用模糊距離匹配相似灌區(qū),通過構(gòu)造加權(quán)影響因子和采用指數(shù)平滑法,,對基于實(shí)例推理的灌區(qū)進(jìn)行需水量預(yù)測,。將建立的方法應(yīng)用于2018年浙江省11個(gè)市行政區(qū)行業(yè)間配水特征分析和中型灌區(qū)需水量預(yù)測,結(jié)果表明:浙江省不同區(qū)域行業(yè)間配水被劃分為4類,,呈現(xiàn)出不同行業(yè)間的配水特征,,灌區(qū)需水量預(yù)測相對誤差均不大于9.39%,說明該方法有效,,可為制定合理的區(qū)域行業(yè)間配水方案,、估算灌區(qū)需水量提供決策支持,。

    Abstract:

    Aiming to realize the reasonable allocation of water resources in irrigation district, the composition of big data resources of irrigation district was analyzed, and the corresponding data mining algorithms were proposed. The cosine correlation coefficient was introduced, and the fuzzy hierarchical cluster analysis was used to realize the case classification and characteristic analysis of department water distribution based on the data of regional water resources, economy, population and industrial water consumption. A variable step length exhaustive method was used to calculate the dynamic weight of relevant parameters of water distribution in irrigation district. Fuzzy distance was used to match the most similar irrigation district. Weighted influence factors and exponential smoothing method were used to estimate the water demand of irrigation area based on casebased reasoning. The proposed methodology demonstrated the effectiveness in the analysis of department water distribution characteristics and water demand prediction of mediumsized irrigation districts in 11 cities and administrative regions of Zhejiang Province in 2018. The results showed that water distribution among different regions in Zhejiang Province was divided into four categories, showing different characteristics of water distribution among different departments; the relative error of water demand prediction in irrigation area was not more than 9.39%. The established theoretical method could provide decision support for making reasonable regional inter industry water distribution scheme and estimating irrigation water requirement.
