    摘要:

    為了研究全貫流泵回流間隙對(duì)泵水力性能的影響,,利用CFD軟件對(duì)全貫流泵裝置進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬計(jì)算,,分析了全貫流泵裝置的流動(dòng)特性和水力性能,,并通過(guò)模型試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了計(jì)算數(shù)據(jù)的可靠性,。研究結(jié)果顯示:回流間隙對(duì)全貫流泵的水力性能有較大的影響,,且隨著電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子間隙的增大,泵裝置在設(shè)計(jì)工況下的效率和揚(yáng)程均逐漸降低,。當(dāng)回流間隙為0.65mm時(shí),,全貫流泵在設(shè)計(jì)工況下的揚(yáng)程為3.05m,效率為82.46%,,最高效率為82.66%,。當(dāng)回流間隙為2mm時(shí),全貫流泵在設(shè)計(jì)工況下的揚(yáng)程為2.92m,,效率為80.85%,,最高效率為81.27%,兩種回流間隙的泵裝置在設(shè)計(jì)工況下的揚(yáng)程差值為0.13m,,效率差值為1.61個(gè)百分點(diǎn),。隨著流量的增大,全貫流泵葉輪進(jìn)出口的壓差逐漸減小,,間隙回流流量也逐漸減小,,間隙回流對(duì)葉輪進(jìn)出口的流態(tài)影響也減小。距離輪緣越近,,回流對(duì)流態(tài)的影響越大,。隨著回流間隙的增大,全貫流泵的間隙流量變大,,間隙回流對(duì)葉輪進(jìn)出口的流態(tài)影響增大,,葉輪的做功能力逐漸變差,全貫流泵的揚(yáng)程和效率均逐漸下降,。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the influence of gap backflow of fullflow pump impeller on hydraulic performance, the CFD software was used to carry out numerical simulation calculation of the fullflow pump. Then the flow characteristics and hydraulic performance of the fullflow pump were analyzed. Finally, the reliability of numerical calculation data was verified through model tests. There were two research directions:the first one was to study performance difference of the fullflow pump under different flow conditions when the gap was constant. The second one was to study the performance difference of the fullflow pump with different gaps under the design condition. The results showed that the gap size had an obvious impact on the hydraulic performance of fullflow pump. With the increase of gap size, the efficiency and head of the pump devices were reduced under the design condition. When the minimum gap size was 0.65mm, the head of the fullflow pump was 3.05m under the design condition, and the efficiency was 82.46%. The highest efficiency was 82.66%. When the maximum gap size was 2mm, the head of the fullflow pump was 2.92m under the design condition, and the efficiency was 8085%. The highest efficiency was 81.27%. The difference of the head between two pump devices was 0.13m under the design condition, and the difference of the efficiency was 1.61 percentage points. With the increase of the flow rate, the difference of the pressure between inlet and outlet was gradually decreased. The backflow rate was also gradually decreased. The influence of backflow on the impeller was small. And close to the rim, the effect of backflow on the flow regime was great. With the increase of the gap size, the backflow of the fullflow pump was increased. The influence of fullflow pump on flow state was heavy. The working ability of the impeller was worse. The head and efficiency of the fullflow pump were gradually decreased. The research can provide a basis for the design and development of the fullflow pump.
