    摘要:

    普通比例溢流閥在高壓,、大流量工作時(shí),,其調(diào)壓偏差大、壓力波動(dòng)大,,同時(shí)會(huì)引起調(diào)壓彈簧疲勞,,產(chǎn)生振動(dòng)和噪聲,降低了使用壽命及可靠性。針對(duì)以上問(wèn)題,,基于G型π橋液阻網(wǎng)絡(luò)原理,設(shè)計(jì)了一種先導(dǎo)腔動(dòng)壓反饋電液比例溢流閥,,提出采用液壓剛度(活塞式)替代先導(dǎo)閥彈簧剛度的設(shè)計(jì)方法,,以提升先導(dǎo)閥芯響應(yīng)速度和整體穩(wěn)定性。對(duì)溢流閥進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),、原理分析,、數(shù)學(xué)建模及仿真分析,并根據(jù)優(yōu)化后的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,。結(jié)果表明,,該溢流閥高壓時(shí)調(diào)壓偏差低,在壓力26.25MPa時(shí)比普通閥降低了72%,,最低為0.53MPa,;動(dòng)態(tài)特性良好,超調(diào)最低為0.94%,,閥芯振動(dòng)減小,,工作平穩(wěn)。將溢流閥用于ZL50G型裝載機(jī)上,,代替原有的動(dòng)臂油路上溢流閥和背壓用電磁溢流閥,,分析了空載狀態(tài)下溢流閥對(duì)工作裝置動(dòng)作的影響,仿真分析結(jié)果表明,溢流閥壓力波動(dòng)降低了70%,,系統(tǒng)工作穩(wěn)定性得到提高,。

    Abstract:

    The traditional proportional relief valve shows great pressure fluctuation and pressure deviation because the regulating spring stiffness is not enough under high pressure or large flow conditions, which makes the pressure regulating spring easy to fatigue and increase vibration and noise, it can reduce its life and reliability. The electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve with dynamic pressure feedback pilot chamber was studied based on G-type π bridge hydraulic resistance network, and the design method of hydraulic stiffness instead of spring stiffness of pilot valve was proposed, so it can improve response speed of the pilot valve core and stability to reduce pressure fluctuation and pressure deviation and there was no spring fatigue. Further structure and principle, theoretical modeling and simulation analysis of the new relief valve were carried out, the prototype was machined according to the optimized structure parameters and the dynamic and static characteristic of the new valve was verified by experiments. The results showed that the pressure deviation of the new relief valve was low under high pressure condition, especially it was 72% lower than that of traditional proportional relief valve and the minimum was 0.53MPa when the inlet pressure was 26.25MPa. In addition, it had good dynamic characteristics, the minimum pressure overshoot was 0.94%, and the spool vibration was decreased and worked smoothly. Finally, the relief valve was used in ZL50G loader to replace the relief valve and back pressure solenoid valve on the original moving arm oil circuit, and the influence of the relief valve on the operation of the working device under no-load condition was analyzed. The pressure fluctuation of the relief valve was reduced by 70% and the vibration and noise of the system were reduced.
