    摘要:

    為建設(shè)綠色福州新區(qū),,分析了福州濱海地區(qū)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)價值以及未來的動態(tài)演變趨勢。利用1988、1999,、2008、2018年4期Landsat TM/OLI數(shù)據(jù),定量分析了福州市濱海地區(qū)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)價值變化,并利用GeoSOS-FLUS模型模擬了未來LUCC與生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)價值的動態(tài)變化,。結(jié)果表明,福州市濱海地區(qū)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)價值呈現(xiàn)先增長,、后降低的趨勢,,總體價值在190.439~202.419億元之間;林地的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)價值占比最高,,其次是水體,、草地、耕地,、濕地,、未利用地;未來10年,,在一般發(fā)展情景下,,福州市濱海地區(qū)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)總價值預(yù)計為187.90億元,,在綠色發(fā)展情景下為195.11億元。在濱海地區(qū)規(guī)劃建設(shè)綠色新區(qū)過程中,,應(yīng)將生態(tài)理念融入到空間格局,,以保證開發(fā)建設(shè)過程中保留一定的城市綠地、濕地等生態(tài)服務(wù)用地,,同時,,需合理開發(fā)保護(hù)濱海區(qū)域的濕地。

    Abstract:

    LUCC is an important cause of global ecosystem change. With the global warming and increasing environmental problems, such as the melting of Arctic glaciers and so on, it is more and more realistic to predict the future status of ecosystem services based on changes in the status quo. As an important extension of construction of a new green district in Fuzhou, the coastal area is a new place for the future development of Fuzhou. According to the “Fuzhou New Area Overall Plan” issued by the National Development and Reform Commission, the ecological civilization pioneer zone is one of the important strategic orientations for the development of Fuzhou New Area. Fuzhou New Area will be built into a new green district. Therefore, based on the Landsat TM/OLI data of the fourth phase of the coastal area of Fuzhou City, the land use status data through ENVI manual visual interpretation was obtained. The LUCC was analyzed, and the value of ecosystem service in the coastal area of Fuzhou was evaluated through the valueequalization method of price revision in Fujian Province. Based on the driving factor of LUCC in Fuzhou, the GeoSOS-FLUS model was used. LUCC simulation and dynamic change of ecosystem service value were predicted. The results indicated that the value of ecosystem services in coastal areas of Fuzhou City was increased first and then decreased, and the overall value was between 19.0439 billion RMB and 20.2419 billion RMB. The value of ecosystem services of forest land was the highest, which was between 8.6301 billion RMB and 10.7194 billion RMB, followed by water land of 5.7279~6.8191 billion RMB, grassland of 1.4772~3.9584 billion RMB, farmland of 0.5931~1.0155 billion RMB, wet land and bare land of 0.0001~0.4285 billion RMB. The total value of ecosystem services in the coastal area of Fuzhou under the general development scenario was 18.790 billion RMB. Among them, the value of forest ecosystem services was the highest, reaching 10.377 billion RMB, followed by water land of 6.154 billion RMB, grassland of 1.590 billion RMB, farmland of 535 million RMB, and wetlands of 134 million RMB. The unused land was almost zero. The total value of ecosystem services in the coastal area of Fuzhou under the green development scenario was 19.511 billion RMB. Among them, the forestry ecosystem service value was the highest, reaching 10.639 billion RMB, followed by the water land of 6.374 billion RMB, grassland of 1.601 billion RMB, farmland of 535 million RMB, wetland of 362 million RMB, and the unused land was almost zero. Therefore, in the process of planning and constructing a green new district in the coastal area, the ecological concept should be integrated into the spatial pattern to ensure that certain urban green spaces and other ecological service land reserved during the development and construction process;and the wetlands in the coastal area needed to be properly developed and protected.
