    摘要:

    水產(chǎn)品具有較高經(jīng)濟(jì)效值,維持冷藏車(chē)廂溫度均勻,、保障水產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)以提高冷藏車(chē)運(yùn)輸效率成為當(dāng)前重要的研究課題,,其中貨物堆棧方式是一個(gè)重要的研究方向,。以上出風(fēng),、上回風(fēng)式水產(chǎn)品冷藏車(chē)為對(duì)象,,通過(guò)ANSYS 16.0中的Fluent模塊,,模擬得到了制冷裝置下方分別裝載高度為0,、0.533、1.066,、1.6m貨物時(shí)廂體內(nèi)部溫度場(chǎng)的分布狀況,,并對(duì)比了4種堆棧方式下貨物表面、橫截面以及縱截面溫度云圖,。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),,溫度沿車(chē)廂長(zhǎng)度方向呈倒“C”形分布,即靠近車(chē)廂前下部和后下部區(qū)域溫度較高,;在制冷裝置下方堆棧貨物會(huì)對(duì)溫度場(chǎng)分布均勻性產(chǎn)生顯著影響,,堆棧方式a即堆棧高度為0m時(shí),溫度場(chǎng)分布均勻性最佳,貨物區(qū)溫度均在5℃以?xún)?nèi),,最大溫差在2℃以?xún)?nèi),。對(duì)比試驗(yàn)結(jié)果和模擬結(jié)果,兩種結(jié)果最大均方根誤差小于0.5℃,,平均相對(duì)誤差最大為7%,。

    Abstract:

    Aquatic products have high economic benefits and are prone to spoilage, which is mainly related to enzyme activity in the body, and temperature is an important reason for affecting enzyme activity. Among them, live aquatic products require higher temperature stability. Thus how to maintain uniform temperature in refrigerated compartments and ensure the quality of aquatic products has become an important research topic, in which the way of goods stacking is an important research direction. The distribution of temperature field inside the carriage of the refrigerated aquatic products with upper air outlet and upper air return was simulated by using Fluent module in ANSYS 16.0. The temperature cloud diagrams of the surface, cross section and longitudinal section of the cargo under the refrigeration device were compared with those under the four stacking modes, which were 0m, 0.533m (H/3), 1.066m (2H/3) and 1.6m (H). The results showed that the temperature distribution was in the form of inverted “ C ” along the length direction of the carriage, that was, the area near the lower part and the rear lower part of the carriage was higher;the goods stacked under the refrigeration device would have a significant impact on the uniformity of the temperature distribution. In the case of stacking mode a when the stack height was 0m, the temperature distribution was more uniform, the temperature in the cargo area was within 5℃, and the maximum temperature difference was 2℃. Comparing the experimental results with the simulation results, the maximum root mean square error of the two results was less than 0.5℃, and the maximum average relative error was 7%. Test results and simulation results showed good continuity. The general law of temperature field distribution in refrigerated aquatic products transport carriage was obtained, which had a certain degree of practical guiding significance for the cargo layout and structure optimization of aquatic products transport vehicle.
