    摘要:

    為了探討水泵水輪機(jī)飛逸工況下無葉區(qū)高速水環(huán)形成機(jī)理以及對(duì)機(jī)組穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的影響,,以某抽水蓄能電站水泵水輪機(jī)模型為研究對(duì)象,,采用Realizable k-ε湍流模型,,通過數(shù)值模擬結(jié)合模型機(jī)進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),對(duì)全流道定常和非定常數(shù)值模擬計(jì)算,,并與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,。結(jié)果表明:水泵水輪機(jī)S特性與飛逸點(diǎn)穩(wěn)定性存在內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,飛逸工況下無葉區(qū)高速水環(huán)影響飛逸的穩(wěn)定性,;高速水環(huán)區(qū)周向速度分布以及反作用度分布存在極值點(diǎn),,其中周向速度在高速水環(huán)靠近轉(zhuǎn)輪葉片一側(cè)存在極大值,反作用度則在靠近轉(zhuǎn)輪葉片一側(cè)存在極小值,,高速水環(huán)是引起無葉區(qū)水力損失的主要原因,;飛逸工況下,隨著開度的增加,,高速水環(huán)越發(fā)不明顯,,小開度飛逸工況下,由于來流方向與葉片骨線存在較大沖角,致使轉(zhuǎn)輪葉片進(jìn)口端產(chǎn)生規(guī)律性的旋渦結(jié)構(gòu),,而沖角隨著流動(dòng)變化浮動(dòng)較大,,存在較大隨機(jī)性,高速水環(huán)是導(dǎo)致隨機(jī)性波動(dòng)的原因,。

    Abstract:

    Aiming to investigate the formation mechanism of highspeed water ring in the vaneless region and the effect on the stable operation of the unit under the runaway condition, the pumpturbine of one certain pumped storage power station was employed. Based on realizable k-ε turbulent model, the unsteady flow of the whole passage of pumpturbine was calculated. Some parameters such as the speed of the highspeed water ring were studied in bladeless zone. And comparing the numerical simulation results with the test, the results showed that there was an intrinsic connection between the Sshaped curve of the pump turbine and the stability of runaway operating. The value of fluid velocity in the bladeless zone was larger under the runaway condition. Highspeed water ring in the bladeless zone under runaway conditions led to instability of running under the runaway condition, the highspeed water ring became more obvious with the decrease of the opening. Under small flow conditions, due to the large angle of attack between the incoming flow direction and the blade bone line, the vortex structure of the runner blade ends was regularly developed, and the angle of attack was increased with the flow variation. Vortex evolution was random and vortex evolution affected the change of blade angle of attack. The angle of attack varied greatly over time and there was great randomness. Highspeed water rings were responsible for this random fluctuation.
