    摘要:

    高含水率是牛糞現(xiàn)有處理方式的限制性因素之一,。水熱炭化技術(shù)不受牛糞高含水率的限制,是安全處置與資源化利用牛糞的極具潛力的技術(shù)措施之一。將新鮮牛糞在190℃和260℃下水熱炭化處理不同時(shí)間(1,、6,、12h),,收集并測(cè)定生物炭性質(zhì),,并用熵權(quán)TOPSIS模型評(píng)價(jià)其農(nóng)學(xué)應(yīng)用價(jià)值,。結(jié)果表明,,牛糞生物炭理化性質(zhì)因炭化溫度和時(shí)間而異,。炭化溫度從190℃升高到260℃,,反應(yīng)時(shí)間由1h延長(zhǎng)至12h,牛糞生物炭碳,、全磷,、全鉀含量分別增加17.88%、39.06%和85.19%,,而產(chǎn)率,、氫與碳原子比、氧與碳原子比,、氧氮與碳原子比,、銨態(tài)氮含量、交換態(tài)磷含量和交換態(tài)鉀含量則分別降低26.65%,、24.00%,、68.42%、64.29%,、98.91%,、89.26%和42.30%,炭化程度顯著提高,。牛糞生物炭紅外譜圖官能團(tuán)吸收峰位置變化較小,,隨著炭化溫度升高和時(shí)間延長(zhǎng),含氧官能團(tuán)吸收峰強(qiáng)度降低,,金屬-鹵素化合物吸收峰強(qiáng)度增加,。提高炭化溫度,延長(zhǎng)反應(yīng)時(shí)間,,牛糞生物炭表面電荷量及其pH值依變性減弱,,比孔容和比表面積也降低。整體而言,,炭化溫度對(duì)牛糞生物炭性質(zhì)影響大于反應(yīng)時(shí)間,。低溫短時(shí)間處理制備牛糞生物炭的農(nóng)學(xué)應(yīng)用潛力較大,更適宜作為土壤調(diào)理劑,。

    Abstract:

    The high water content is one of factors limiting cow manure treatment approach. The hydrothermal carbonization (HTC), which can convert cow manure with high water content into hydrochar, is considered as a potential approach for safe disposal and resource utilization of cow manure. Fresh cow manure was hydrothermally treated at 190℃ and 260℃ for 1h, 6h and 12h, respectively. And then the collected solid products were determined for the physicochemical properties. Based on entropyweight TOPSIS model, the agricultural value was evaluated. The aim was to investigate the effect of temperature and time on hydrochar nature, and then provide a theoretical reference for its agricultural application. The results showed that physicochemical properties of hydrochar was changed with carbonization temperature and duration. Compared with the hydrochar produced at 190℃ for 1h, carbon, total phosphorus and potassium concentrations of hydrochar produced at 260℃ for 12h were increased by 17.88%, 39.06% and 85.19%, but yield, H/C atomic ratio, O/C atomic ratio, (O+N)/C atomic ratio, ammonium nitrogen, exchangeable P and K contents were reduced by 26.65%, 24.00%, 68.42%, 64.29%, 98.91%, 89.26% and 42.30%, respectively. Meanwhile, carbonization degree was increased significantly. With high temperature and long duration, position of functional group absorption peak was varied less, intensity of oxygen functional groups absorption peak was reduced, but intensity of metalhalogen chemical compound performed an opposite trend. The higher reaction temperature and longer residence time caused less surface charges, lower pH value dependence, smaller specific pore volume and specific surface area. Overall, temperature had a large impact on hydrochar nature compared with reaction duration. Cow manure hydrochar produced at low temperature for short time was more suitable as a soil conditioner due to its higher agricultural value.
