    摘要:

    針對固態(tài)發(fā)酵飼料在飼喂現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)的需求和特點,設(shè)計了自動發(fā)酵飼喂一體設(shè)備,。該設(shè)備由上料發(fā)酵系統(tǒng),、控制系統(tǒng),、飼喂系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成:上料機構(gòu)將飼料和菌液混合均勻送至發(fā)酵桶,,發(fā)酵完成后自動下料至飼喂車;飼喂車能夠準(zhǔn)確定位到不同飼喂對象的食槽并進行定量布料,;操作者只需在人機交互界面設(shè)置上料體積,、發(fā)酵時長、飼喂對象等參數(shù),,整個發(fā)酵飼喂過程無需人工干預(yù),。飼喂系統(tǒng)由48V/100A·h的蓄電池供電,充電一次可連續(xù)工作4d,。試驗結(jié)果表明,,發(fā)酵桶上料和飼喂車排料的料體積誤差均不大于6%,飼喂車定位誤差平均值11.75mm,,發(fā)酵時間,、飼喂對象等參數(shù)控制準(zhǔn)確。設(shè)備運行穩(wěn)定可靠,,發(fā)酵和飼喂之間無縫對接,,顯著減小了勞動強度,滿足發(fā)酵飼料現(xiàn)場固態(tài)發(fā)酵并飼喂的要求,。

    Abstract:

    The microorganism fermented feed can improve the production performance, enhance immunity and improve meat quality in pigs, and the production of fermented feed is solidstate fermentation in domestic. In order to produce fermented feed in feeding field and automatic feeding, an automatic fermenting and feeding equipment was designed. The equipment was composed of feed fermentation system, PLC and PIC MCU control system and feeding system. The complete diet mixed with bacterial liquid was placed in the hopper, and conveyed to the transverse screw conveyor through the metering grooved wheel under the hopper, and then conveyed to the fermentor by a longitudinal screw conveyor. In the screw conveyors, bacteria and feed were fully mixed. The fermentor was designed with 100L in volume and 7 in number, which can ensure punctual feeding for different breeding objects. When fermentation was over,,feed was layout from the fermentor to the feeding vehicle automatically, and then discharged into different trough quantitatively. The PLC system and the PIC MCU system constituted the control system, and wireless communication was used between them. The operator only needed to pour the feed to be fermented into the hopper, and then set the parameters of the fermentation time, the volume of the feed and the feeding object in the humancomputer interface. This equipment would automatically accomplish the whole process from fermentation to feeding. The test result showed that the volume errors of screw conveyors and feeding vehicle were both less than 6%; the positioning error of feeding vehicle to the troughs was less than 11.75mm; the parameters included fermentation time, feeding object and feeding vehicle speed were controlled accurately. The equipment worked stable and reliable, which can reduce labor intensity significantly and meet the requirements of solidstate fermented feed production and feeding in feeding field.
