    摘要:

    為了提高現(xiàn)有土壤含水率傳感器在林區(qū)的測(cè)量性能及可使用性,在優(yōu)化傳感器結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于駐波原理的錐式林區(qū)土壤含水率儀,其錐角30°,、探頭直徑20mm,、探頭長(zhǎng)度150mm,。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:傳感器橫向測(cè)量范圍為10cm,、縱向測(cè)量范圍為18cm,,輸出線性擬合決定系數(shù)在0.96以上。靜動(dòng)態(tài)特性分析表明,,傳感器測(cè)量范圍為零到粘壤性土壤飽和含水率,,測(cè)量精度為3%,穩(wěn)定性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差0.49%,,超調(diào)量為0.48%,,過(guò)渡時(shí)間0.582s。通過(guò)與TDR(TRIME-HD2型傳感器,、德國(guó))進(jìn)行對(duì)比,,測(cè)量結(jié)果線性擬合決定系數(shù)在0.97以上,兩者測(cè)量性能相當(dāng),,表明所設(shè)計(jì)的傳感器能夠達(dá)到實(shí)際使用的要求,。本文設(shè)計(jì)的土壤含水率儀性?xún)r(jià)比更高,更適用于林區(qū)土壤含水率測(cè)量,,使用更為便捷,。

    Abstract:

    The soil in forest area is more complicated than the soil in farmland, and the performance structure of realtime measuring instrument of water content is more demanding, in order to improve the measurement performance and usability of the existing soil moisture sensor in the forest area, on the basis of optimizing the sensor structure, the conetype forest soil moisture sensor was designed based on standing wave principle. Cone angle was 30°, probe diameter was 20mm and probe length was 150mm. The transverse impact scope of the sensor was 10cm and vertical scope was 18cm, and the output linear fitting decision coefficient was over 0.96. Static and dynamic analysis showed that the measurement range of the sensor was from zero to saturated soil moisture content of clay soil, the measurement accuracy was 3%, the stability standard deviation was 0.49%, the overshoot was 0.48% and the transition time was 0.582s. The linear fitting determination coefficient of the measurement results was above 0.97 by comparing with TDR (TRIME-HD2, Germany), the results of the two measurements were basically the same, and the results showed that the designed sensor met the actual application requirements. But the designed sensor was more suitable for measuring soil moisture in the forest area and more convenient to use, it provided an effective means for forest tending and forest ecological monitoring.
