    摘要:

    拖拉機作為農(nóng)業(yè)裝備的核心,,其技術(shù)發(fā)展水平體現(xiàn)著國家農(nóng)業(yè)機械化程度和農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展水平,。近年來,,拖拉機在廣泛應(yīng)用新技術(shù)的同時,不斷涌現(xiàn)出新結(jié)構(gòu)和新產(chǎn)品,,技術(shù)含量不斷提高,產(chǎn)品性能持續(xù)增強,。本文分析了當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外拖拉機產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)發(fā)展情況,,以及農(nóng)業(yè)拖拉機實現(xiàn)自動化、智能化和信息化的緊迫性和必要性,;歸納了拖拉機在發(fā)動機排放控制,、新能源應(yīng)用、動力換擋,、無級變速,、懸浮前橋、駕駛室,、電液懸掛,、電子控制、總線網(wǎng)絡(luò)以及整機信息化等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)方面的最新研究進展,,結(jié)合產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用闡明了各系統(tǒng)相關(guān)技術(shù)的基本原理和特點,;最后,縱觀拖拉機技術(shù)發(fā)展歷程,,結(jié)合我國國情,,對農(nóng)業(yè)拖拉機技術(shù)的未來發(fā)展方向進行了總結(jié)和展望,,提出在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)高速發(fā)展的時代,云計算,、大數(shù)據(jù),、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)開始與農(nóng)機裝備制造業(yè)相結(jié)合,集高效,、節(jié)能,、環(huán)保、智能為一體的精準(zhǔn)農(nóng)業(yè)系統(tǒng)代表了未來農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的新型模式,,智能拖拉機作為精準(zhǔn)農(nóng)業(yè)系統(tǒng)中的重要節(jié)點,,其智能感知、智能決策,、高效驅(qū)動以及遠(yuǎn)程管控技術(shù)將成為技術(shù)發(fā)展的未來方向,。

    Abstract:

    As the core equipment of agricultural machinery, the tractors are rapidly becoming of increasing importance to agriculture. The technical advance of tractor products reflects the degree of national agricultural mechanization and the level of agricultural modernization. In recent years, novel structures and devices have been emerging on tractors, of which the technical level is constantly improved, and the overall performance keeps enhancing with the extensive application of various new technologies. Based on the analysis of the tractor development world-widely, the urgency and necessity of tractors to achieve automation, intelligentization and informatization were proposed. The latest researches on agricultural tractors in engine emission controlling, new energy altering, power shifting, continuously variable driving, front axle suspending, cab comforting, hitch electrohydraulic controlling, bus networking and system informatization were summarized. Meanwhile, the basic principles and characteristics of related technologies of each system were expounded combining with the application of specific products. Considering the national situation, the development direction of tractor technology was prospected with a historical and in-depth review of its development process. The precision agricultural system, which integrated high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection and intelligence, benefiting from the rapid developing technologies of cloud computing, big data and internet of things, was thought to be a new model of future agriculture. Accordingly, intelligent perception and decision, efficient driving and remote controlling of intelligent tractors, which played an important role in the precision agriculture, were speculated to be the new bright spot and direction of tractor technology development in the future.
