    根據(jù)不同Cu2+脅迫梯度下玉米葉片光譜及葉片中Cu2+含量數(shù)據(jù),,利用經(jīng)驗?zāi)B(tài)分解(EMD)獲取不同脅迫梯度下葉片光譜的各階本征模態(tài)函數(shù)(IMF),,選IMF4進行HHT包絡(luò)譜分析,,研究了玉米葉片在不同Cu2+脅迫梯度下光譜的Hilbert包絡(luò)譜變化特征與污染程度預(yù)測方法,。通過構(gòu)建包絡(luò)譜峰值指標(biāo)(E1)和包絡(luò)譜峭度系數(shù)(E2)特征參量,分析葉片在不同Cu2+脅迫梯度下的包絡(luò)譜變化,;同時基于包絡(luò)譜特征參量值與葉片中Cu2+含量的相關(guān)性分析和逐步回歸統(tǒng)計,,建立了玉米葉片重金屬污染的Cu2+含量的單、雙因素變量預(yù)測模型,。實驗結(jié)果表明:不同Cu2+脅迫梯度下,,玉米葉片光譜的包絡(luò)譜為分布在100Hz頻率以內(nèi)的連續(xù)譜;E1和E2值均表現(xiàn)出與葉片中Cu2+含量呈正相關(guān)的變化趨勢,,兩個包絡(luò)譜特征參量值都在Cu(150)位置達到最大值,;由于E1和E2值與葉片中Cu2+含量都具有良好的相關(guān)性,可把E1和E2作為監(jiān)測玉米重金屬污染預(yù)測指標(biāo),。根據(jù)E1,、E2單因素及雙因素變量構(gòu)建的Cu2+含量預(yù)測模型應(yīng)用結(jié)果比較,表明E1,、E2雙因素變量構(gòu)建的模型具有最優(yōu)的預(yù)測能力,。

    Abstract:

    Based on the data of leaf spectrum and Cu2+ content in corn leaves under different Cu2+ stress gradients, the intrinsic mode function (IMF) of leaf spectrum under different stress gradients was obtained by empirical mode decomposition (EMD), and IMF4 was selected for HHT envelope analysis. The variation trend and pollution degree of Hilbert envelope spectrum of maize leaves under different Cu2+ stress gradients were studied. The peak index of envelope spectrum (E1) and envelope spectral kurtosis coefficient (E2) were constructed to analyze the envelope spectrum changes of leaves under different Cu2+ pollution levels. The correlation analysis and stepwise regression statistics between the characteristic parameters of envelope spectrum and the content of Cu2+ in leaves were also carried out to establish a single and double variable prediction model of Cu2+ content in maize leaves. The experimental results showed that the spectral envelope of corn leaves under different concentrations of Cu2+ stress was a continuum within 100Hz frequency;values of E1 and E2 showed a positive correlation with the Cu2+ content in leaves. The characteristic parameter values of two envelope spectra all reached the maximum at the Cu(150) position, since both E1 and E2 values had a good correlation with the content of Cu2+ in leaves, E1 and E2 can be used as predictors for monitoring heavy metal pollution in maize plants. According to the application results of Cu2+ content prediction model constructed by E1 and E2 single and double variables, it was proved that the bivariate model constructed by E1 and E2 had the best predictive ability.
