    針對目前視覺測量農(nóng)作物株高技術(shù)中存在農(nóng)作物頂點(diǎn)和底點(diǎn)難以識(shí)別的問題,,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于激光視覺的農(nóng)作物株高測量系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)針對農(nóng)作物株高測量特點(diǎn),,改進(jìn)了三角測量模型,,改進(jìn)后的三角測量模型參數(shù)包括相機(jī)參數(shù)、光平面方程和相機(jī)安裝參數(shù),;依據(jù)系統(tǒng)測量模型,,該系統(tǒng)標(biāo)定過程中通過至少一次將棋盤格標(biāo)定板置于農(nóng)作物底端點(diǎn)對應(yīng)水平面的平行平面上,建立農(nóng)作物底點(diǎn)平面對應(yīng)的地面坐標(biāo)系,,通過將激光器發(fā)出的激光線投射到農(nóng)作物上,,識(shí)別農(nóng)作物頂點(diǎn)。在株高為558.00~1843.30mm的農(nóng)作物上的測試結(jié)果表明,,測量絕對誤差最大值28.30mm,,相對誤差最大值為2.17%。該系統(tǒng)標(biāo)定完成后可實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化與實(shí)時(shí)測量,且測量精度高,,具有良好的實(shí)用價(jià)值,。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem that vertex and bottom points of the crop are difficult to be identified in height measurement of crop by using the visual method, a crop height measurement system based on laser vision was designed. The improved triangulation model, which was designed according to the character of crop height measurement, was used to describe the mathematical model of the system. The model parameters of the crop height measurement system included three parts, which were the parameters of camera, the equation of light plane and camera installation parameter. The model parameters were calibrated by a novel checkerboard method. In the process of the system parameters calibration, the checkerboard must be placed on the parallel plane of the corresponding horizontal plane where the bottom point of the crop was on at least once,to establish the ground coordinate system. Furthermore, the system identified the crop apex by projecting the laser onto the crop. The results of measurement in crop plant height of 558.00~1843.30mm showed that the absolute error was no more than 28.30mm and the relative error was no more than 2.17%. Furthermore, the restrictive conditions of the system and suggestions for engineering implementation were given. This system can achieve real-time measurement automatically with a high precision and it had good practical value.
