    摘要:

    設計了能夠實現(xiàn)風速風向和道路坡度補償?shù)能囕v道路滑行阻力虛擬測試系統(tǒng),,以滿足減少環(huán)境因素影響并提高滑行測試精度和效率的測試要求,。首先,,以美國SAE J-2263法規(guī)和我國六階段油耗測試標準為基礎,,設計了以美國NI嵌入式控制器cRIO為核心的測試系統(tǒng),,對風向風速,、道路坡度,、輪胎壓力溫度等測試方法和傳感器布置等進行了系統(tǒng)闡述,。其次,,從分段滑行數(shù)據(jù)拼接、風速校正、異常數(shù)據(jù)剔除,,以及基于本測試系統(tǒng)的滑行模型構建等方面給出了系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)處理方法,。最后,將設計的測試系統(tǒng)應用于某乘用車上并進行了系統(tǒng)的滑行試驗,,試驗驗證了測試系統(tǒng)工作可靠,,測試精度達到設計要求。試驗數(shù)據(jù)處理結果表明風速風向和道路補償后的試驗車空載滑行阻力重復性為2.2%,,與不進行補償?shù)幕凶枇Φ南到y(tǒng)偏差為3.7%,。滑行阻力測試系統(tǒng)有效提高了滑行測試精度,,為轉轂臺架上進行整車性能試驗補償整車阻力提供了有效手段,。

    Abstract:

    A vehicle road way coastdown virtual test system with compensation of wind speed & direction and road slope was developed to satisfy the requirements of reducing environmental influences and improving test accuracy and efficiency. Firstly, based on the American SAE J-2263 standard and the sixth stage’s fuel consumption test standard of China, the CompactRIO was employed in the test system as the key controller which was made by American National Instrument Company. The test method of wind speed and direction, road slope, tire pressure and temperature, etc., and the sensor layouts were systematically introduced. Secondly, the systematic data processing method was proposed, including the connection of segmented coastdown test data, the compensation of wind speed, the elimination of abnormal data, and the coastdown model building based on the test system. Finally, the test system was installed on a passenger car and the systematic coastdown tests were conducted. All the tests indicated that the test system worked reliably and met the test precision requirements. The processing results of the test data showed that the repetition of the coastdown resistances with the compensation of wind speed & direction and road slope was 2.2%. And the systematic deviation between the compensated and none compensated coastdown resistances was 3.7%. The designed coastdown system improved the test precision of coastdown resistance effectively and provided the means for vehicle resistance compensation for the vehicle performances test on the chassis dynamometer.
