    摘要:

    隨著農(nóng)業(yè)育種水平的進(jìn)步與發(fā)展,,現(xiàn)有的單一性狀轉(zhuǎn)基因作物已經(jīng)不能滿足農(nóng)業(yè)的需求,,聚合多種優(yōu)良性狀的復(fù)合性狀轉(zhuǎn)基因作物已成為轉(zhuǎn)基因作物發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。在總結(jié)和整理國(guó)內(nèi)外研究文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,,闡述了復(fù)合性狀轉(zhuǎn)基因作物的檢測(cè)方法,。基于蛋白質(zhì)的檢測(cè)技術(shù),,包括免疫試紙檢測(cè)技術(shù)和ELISA檢測(cè)技術(shù),。基于核酸的檢測(cè)技術(shù),,包括PCR檢測(cè)技術(shù),、基因芯片技術(shù)、等溫?cái)U(kuò)增技術(shù)和第二代測(cè)序技術(shù),。除此之外,,還闡述了轉(zhuǎn)基因作物及產(chǎn)品的溯源技術(shù)。綜述結(jié)果表明,,轉(zhuǎn)基因檢測(cè)技術(shù)逐漸向高通量,、高準(zhǔn)確度和高靈敏度方向發(fā)展,同時(shí)一些新的檢測(cè)技術(shù)也開(kāi)始出現(xiàn)并發(fā)展,;構(gòu)建溯源系統(tǒng)需要將計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)與信息技術(shù)相結(jié)合,;為了綜合多種技術(shù)的優(yōu)點(diǎn),溯源系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)勢(shì)必需要將多種信息技術(shù)結(jié)合起來(lái)使用,。

    Abstract:

    As the development of breeding technology, the transgenic crops of single-character were not able to meet the demands of modern agriculture, and the stacked transgenic plants that combine different characters have gradually raised the public’s attention. Based on the literature review, some detection methods of stacked transgenic plants were introduced. The first detection technology was based on the protein, including lateral flow strip detection technique and ELISA detection technology;the second one was based on nucleic acid detection technology, including PCR detection technology, gene-chip technology, isothermal amplification technology and next-generation sequencing technology. In addition, the traceability technology of genetically modified crops and their products was also introduced. The results indicated that the transgenic detection technology was gradually developing to high throughput, high accuracy and high sensitivity and some new detection technologies had appeared and developed;the integration of computer technology and information technology would contribute to the traceability system building;the developing trend of the traceability technology would inevitably need to combine a variety of information technologies in order to integrate the advantages of them.
